you meed the sourcemod, download the gore mod and put it on ...cstrike/addons/sourcemod/plugins/Customs thats it

@@mrmillldb i dont really mod hl2 cuz i dont have one, but maybe it will work by copying the file(for example ct_gign.phy) and then change it for the desire model idk if its work but worth a try
