Preparting and pre twisting, then, rolling the knots around seemed to make the process look easier and faster. It also help see the steps repeatedly instead of all together at once which is sometimes confusing because my short term memory is terrible.
I messed up and used moose instead of oil before I seen this video 😅 but I’m afraid that my hair still won’t come out like this due to different hair texture

If I'm doing a bantu knot out like specifically for the after affect I twist the hair but for a style I braid my hair it just stays better
