@@carlishajackson-cotton9760 burgundy should probably be all right, the lighter you go the more damage but I bleach my hair and just use olaplex and aphogee protein treatment and it's healthy :)

the thing about Bantu knots is that if they’re tight oh my god are they going to hurt. I don’t do Bantu knots often for this exact reason. Cause oh my god they give me the worst pounding headache. Just be careful
Do them looser. l don’t do mines tight Because lm sensitive to things tight around my head.
@@PixxiedolllI try to but sometimes the hair won’t stay in place without it being tight. I have short hair so regardless it’s a strain.

Your hair is not "natural " because it's processed i.e. bleached. The bantu know twist out came out nice tho 👌
