Gravekeeper. Ya deck is old but still can deliver a big punch and will be the most hate deck in this event. Ya it loss necrovalley which limit to 1 copy, but your can make up the lost by having a secret village of the spellcaster which is not half bad, since all gravekeeper is spellcaster which i do not why, together with heavenly prison which is gk boss monster of the deck.

So you've got 5 cards that can search Necrovalley (6 if running Set Rotation) the 5th being Demise Of The Land. And the only downside of running it is that it's Earth which conflicts with Allure Of Darkness (Update. Found out the other day that Master Duel doesn't have Set Rotation. So it is just 5 ways to search Necrovalley)
for the floo list, consider cutting called for crossout designator, helps in the mirror match and against imperm aswell If you run into too many floowandereeze players in the event, replace shifter with droll and lockbird, shuts them out at the eglen summon
Maybe you can run an ash, veiler and droll package for Small World. Now you run hand traps without any Small World garnet. With the exception of veiler, you can search Robina with any monster: Ash->Veiler/Droll->Robina Droll->Big bird-> Robina Small Bird-> Veiler-> Robina Big bird-> Droll -> Robina Veiler-> ?
Subterror is also going to work out pretty well. Especially with "There Can Be Only One", and also since it's the first festival that allows us to play Guru.
Just like all the other events, im rocking with ancient warriors. So underrated, especially when other decks dont have access to their best extra deck monsters.
Even ancient warrior kind of lost one of its more powerful card, double dragon lord and being a ancient warrior player my self. The extra 500 power is just so impactful and bounce interruption that it comes with plus a search. It really is not as dominant as per floowandereeze is in this format >_
Dude yes! Ancient Warriors have always been a favorite deck of mine (even though Rebellious Lu Feng's restrictive effect angers me because it has no reason to lock you into only Ancient Warrior effects)
@@JJFanonimous the loss of pot and Double Dragon Lords does hurt but they have a pretty decent amount searching (Sun Mou searches every monster in the archetype, Liu Xan going second can special any monster from the deck, the Three Visits continuous spell searches monsters). They should still have a decent amount of swarming and can clear boards like nobody's business and eveb OTK going second. The only think I'm worried about is that the lack of an ED really limits what they can do going first

I will be running a go-second Machina deck, equipped with LOADS of boardbreakers. In a format where big ATK and mass destruction is key, you can't go much bigger than a 4600 ATK beatstick and a 3000 ATK Raigeki on legs.
That does sound interesting but really hard to get combos going without any of the extra deck monsters like the infinitracks or gear gigant, even just so you can get material easily in the grave
As a Yosenju Pendulum player my deck has worked great. Outside the festival the only thing you use your extra deck for is fuel for Extravagance, so barely needed to change anything for the festival. Basically just an OTK deck. You get crushed by skill drain, empen, and anything else that can negate all monster effects (since the decks entire gimmick is returning cards to hand to hit for lethal), and it can brick, but it's fairly consistent and all yosenju are wind, so it works through statue barrier of the stormwinds too.
Probably gonna rock UNGA BUNGA DINOSAUR. I only ever make like... A handful of Extra Deck and only like 3 we're super important for MY particular list. But Heck, Ultimate Conductor Tyranno is THE main deck boss to rule them ALL. 🦖 We will manage just fine. -While everyone else is basically playing Floowandereeze kekw-
Guess I'm the weird guy here. I'm running Snake Pile, with Ogdoadic + Lair of Darkness + Adventure Token. My biggest concern is the power card loadout, because I'm not sure how many handtraps and backrow that I'll be facing, let alone whether people will be going first or second. It is really tempting to run a Reptilianne package, because my opponent cannot link away all the monsters I zero out with Nyami and Ramifications. If that doesn't work, my backup deck is power card Dinomist. The monsters are solid, and I'll just throw as many mass destruction cards as possible at my opponent.
Honorable mention goes out to Machina, which is just a good straightforward Beatdown strategy. Definitely bringing old school Yugioh vibes to the modern game
Finally something that will change matches, no more soulswords, DPE, baronne and tri-brigade. I'm hopping to see some black magician or stuff like that
I usually use a deck like the idea you mentioned: Danger FTK, just a bunch of dangers with VIRUS cards to destroy my opp, or go 2nd and OTK. But this time around I'm down for some Zombie Eldlich stuff. Doomking + Zombie world are some fierce force.
Something interesting I've noticed about these deck lists/ event. These decks can use to teach players that are new to them the basics are of how they work without crafting all of the normal extra deck URs. I've never played dinos but I might play that dino list after the event.
I'm going to be using Witchcrafters. Their fusion card isn't in MD yet anyway, so the extra deck has been mostly Pot fodder. It's a bit of a sacky deck, but "Verre pass" becomes much less of a bad turn 1 if your opponent doesn't have extra deck monsters to rely on. Just gotta pray for no kaijus.

Last few days, I use Draco Eldlich deck on Ranked and it works pretty well. Maybe some people think that limiting Draco traps will make the deck weaker. But for me, the most important cards are still safe. Draco spells are good for draw and recovery. . The limitation of Draco Traps maybe will make the deck less aggressive. So, that's why I bring Eldlich to fulfill that part.
Any deck really, i can see why many UR are not budget friendly, but struggling with SR? If you have nothing, i would go for anti meta with traps, or just go for budget floowandereeze, but not the loaner (make your own Flo deck)
As a monarch one trick im definitely gonna make a deck to try to counter floowondereeze and true Draco, majesty fiend destroys floo, but I currently don't know what to do against draco
I'm gonna mess around with a Dimensional Fissure Adventure list, funny enough D.D. Scout Plane and Giant Rex are Small World bridges to Water Enchantress through their 1200 Def stat. Gonna run all the Adventure Token monsters as 2 ofs and the equips/fields as one-offs. The traps are unnecessary but one's a potential board wipe and the other can get back your stuff if your backrow gets wiped, though it's looking like equips plus DimFis takes up your entire backrow so there won't be as many opportunities to get those out, Magicore's a big beatstick searchable by RotA though. Not much specialing after the initial Blitz of Adventure token monsters, so Duality is workable and DimFis just shuts off a lot of the older hand trap monsters, just watch out for Ash since that just needs a discard to function.
I must say Monarchs won't be as strong as usual (lol), considering Floo will be a dominant strategy, so their main strength of slowing non tribute decks will be noticed, and the field is wasted, as the atk boost could be easily swapped for Droplet (Special summon from extra deck only hurts Pends after all) Another thing to point is "Small world", to increase the consistency of Squire (Big boy on hand > Dark or yellow squire > Light squire), I mean, no extra for everyone won't boost "Brick city: The deck" Personally I'm going with Tindangles; I can't summon Lib, I.P or big Cydra, but Hound being a BoM might get me some wins (As long as I can play through all the cancerous decks with 3 floodgates at the same time)
In the dinosaur list why dont you play artifact lancea or droll & lock bird? Floowanderreeze probably is going to be the most popular strategy and those two cardsare far more impactful than maxx c in this format
What about an event where you can only use a single archetype and you can only have 2 different extra deck monsters not part of that archetype, and those 2 must share the same type and attribute. After your archetype, the main deck can only have traps and spells to reach the 40 limit.
Gravekeeper also a big problem in extra zero event. Yes it only have 1 necrovalley but he can play also secret village of the spellcaster (remember all gravekeeper monster is spellcaster). Gravekeeper monster plus + necrovalley or secret village of the spellcaster + skill drain or any other floodgate recommended macro cosmos and your win the game.
I will be trying to play Shinobirbs with adventure. I wanted to try a ritual deck, but almost everything uses Herald of Arc light as a engine of some sort, but since Arc is banned. I will go with the birbs.
@@tallyho836 Soul Drain stops the banished birbs from adding themselves back, it hinders their resource loop while yours keeps going. It also blanks some of the other decks lithium talked about, Dinos can't really play under it.
No Eater of Millions, Gizmek Orochi has no extra deck for its pop effect, no Rank 8 toolbox, and no Pot of Prosperity/Extravagance. You might have to run the stun variant.
Lol not if you're going 2nd. The deck relays on you having Generaider Boss Quest on the money for you to do anything. You don't open up with it, the deck is DOA.
Shifter DARK Rasca WINGED BEAST gets everything except Empen because they are both lvl10 Any bird except Empen WINGED BEAST Rasca DARK Shifter. You can search it then Stri away Small world in the gy to make it live. Ash Veiler and Mourner are all great bridges with shifter. Caps for the single common characteristic
Any Flunder except Empen gets you any other Flunder. It's great in basically all hands that lack Robina or Eaglin. As long as you have any monster that is not Ash Blossom, Maxx "C", Ghost Ogre or Veiler and Small World you can end on Empen, Dreamingtown and Robina + Eaglin in hand to Apex Avian or Raiza during the opponent's turn. Also Wiraqocha Rasca is pretty strong in the mirror match.
Gotta love Konami. Every time some subset of the player base finds something to play in these festivals that isn't what Konami wants you to play, that shit is banned for the next festival. Not even problem cards. Just non meta jank that happens to let players win some of their games sometimes. And the loaner decks are absolutely disgusting, some of the most heinous shit imaginable. Boomer floodgate festival lets go?!? Ive only played the Fusion and Limit 1 festivals, and imo they were both fun and I got to see a bunch of cool stuff I normally wouldnt which was good. This one looks like the exception, youre gonna have to actually earn your gems this time around grinding through some of the most boring gameplay imagineable.
Yeah, in all honesty, thats NOT expensive. Play the game for your daily 125 gems and then some events, its really easy to save up for a couple of secret packs to pull whatever you want…. You cant expect everything to be free 🙂
What would a Thunder Dragon deck look like without an Extra Deck? I main Thunder Dragons, but unless you plan on Thunder Dragonduo beatdown, I don't see how it can do anything here.

Lance and droll absolutely kill floo so definitely try to fit them in the he deck, also maxx c won't be as good in this format

You don't need Herald. Drytrons work without extra, manju senju and impcantations work too.

You banish shifter or any of the big birds
Shifter DARK Rasca WINGED BEAST gets everything except Empen because they are both lvl10
Any bird except Empen WINGED BEAST Rasca DARK Shifter. You can search it then Stri away Small world in the gy to make it live.
Ash Veiler and Mourner are all great bridges with shifter.
Caps for the single common characteristic
Any Flunder except Empen gets you any other Flunder. It's great in basically all hands that lack Robina or Eaglin. As long as you have any monster that is not Ash Blossom, Maxx "C", Ghost Ogre or Veiler and Small World you can end on Empen, Dreamingtown and Robina + Eaglin in hand to Apex Avian or Raiza during the opponent's turn.
Also Wiraqocha Rasca is pretty strong in the mirror match.
Floo already has a loaner deck so there is no point in building one outside of ladder

Gotta love Konami. Every time some subset of the player base finds something to play in these festivals that isn't what Konami wants you to play, that shit is banned for the next festival. Not even problem cards. Just non meta jank that happens to let players win some of their games sometimes. And the loaner decks are absolutely disgusting, some of the most heinous shit imaginable. Well guess what Konami, you missed Fire/Ice Hand and the Kaijus again, so that's what I'm playing. I'm not playing your meta filth, EVER, so suck it.

Boomer floodgate festival lets go?!? Ive only played the Fusion and Limit 1 festivals, and imo they were both fun and I got to see a bunch of cool stuff I normally wouldnt which was good. This one looks like the exception, youre gonna have to actually earn your gems this time around grinding through some of the most boring gameplay imagineable.

Yeah, in all honesty, thats NOT expensive. Play the game for your daily 125 gems and then some events, its really easy to save up for a couple of secret packs to pull whatever you want…. You cant expect everything to be free 🙂
SR cards generally don't count as "expensive" since their crafting points aren't that hard to come by. The UR cards are what make a deck expensive.
