Technically you're both wrong Eve approached the tree where her little feet were not supposed to go because that was disobeying God. She wasn't supposed to touch it because she said to the snake God had said you shall not eat it neither shall you touch it lest you die. The king knew what the son of God looked like because he had seen him on the heavenly throne in his dream . The king knew God had just rebuked him in a very public way.
