- Time for a May 2020 Bullet Journal Plan With Me video! ^^ In this monthly setup I'm showing you how to create this hedgehog garden theme, that I'm sooo excited about!! Hedgehogs are literally the cutest creatures on Earth and I can't believe I didn't have a hedgehog theme yet on my bullet journal.
I feel like the decorations in this monthly setup took A LOT of time for me, but it was mainly because I challenged myself with the styles and tried more pieces with details. I hope you can find some ideas from this video to use in your own bullet journal May themes (and I feel like these are super appropriate for the whole summer time as well!)
I also wanted to focus on a lot about my personal projects and self-care stuff this month, since many of us are probably not going to leave our houses much. It's a wonderful time to take some time for yourself, maybe start some new personal projects and hobbies and really focus on building internal happiness. (:

I started recreating some of the plan with me videos in my own bullet journal to practice my sketching, water colors, and other mediums. I have never had so much fun doing a spread before!!! This May spread is so amazing. I love the minimalistic feel and the colors. And Im so happy to hear someone say you can of course use a reference picture to draw. Ive been told doing that is cheating and it was so hurtful, so thank you for that ❤

Such a beautiful and relaxing theme! In my bullet journal I always do a page called Gratitude Log, where I write each day something I'm grateful for. It's similar to what you mentioned here in the video and I can assure you that it did wonders for my mood :)

I can draw flowers pretty good I believe hahah but animals look really weird when I draw them...I don't get proportions right and in general they look so unrealistic!😭😂
Haha opposite of me! 😅 I think really paying attention to distances of everything, like from eyes to nose, size of head compared to the body etc. helps a lot! Really picking all details apart and then just practicing will definitely improve the proportions ☺️ I'm sure you'll get there! ❤️
