- On this November 2019 Bullet Journal monthly plan with me video I'll walk you through this fall appropriate, Japanese garden inspired setup. The decorations this month were slightly more difficult, but I tried to add more simple spread in there as well. ^^
I'm not ready to give up the fall vibes yet on my bullet journal, and I really enjoyed coming up with this theme. I get inspiration from Asian cultures quite often, simply because I love the style of those countries. ^^ Some decorations on todays setup turned out better than others, but overall I'm very happy about this theme!

As an architecture student, I agree with you. A building drawing with a lot of lines and imperfet lines always looks so much better

How can you be disappointed with that landscape portion strip you painted that you said was too busy?? 😮 I thought it looked great! Watching your vids is slowly making me want to attempt working with colors again too actually. I can draw realistic stuff with pencil (and sometimes chalk/sanguine/charcoal), but I suck when it comes to color unless it's something abstract. Thanks again for uploading these vids! ❤️

One of the most beautiful set ups I've seen. I think whats throwing you off about the garden might be the white space in the pavillion. It's still really beautiful though. Nice layering of the watercolor paint.
Wow thank you so much! 😍 And I think you might be right! I often find myself struggling with the white spaces because it's difficult to go back if you color a white area while watercoloring. 😂
@@JournalAway I think going back in with watercolor is difficult too, especially since you usually want to keep the lines sharp. Still, the picture was beautiful either way.

Usually even if I don't film, I mix English and Finnish (for my to do lists etc.) 😄 Most of my audience is international so I don't know if that would work for most people, but I'll definitely keep it in mind for the future ☺️

How does the Archer hold the thick paper? I once tried a notebook with heavier pages, and when I stuck in some photographs the pages broke off the binding. Does the Archer get any problems?

I haven't had any problems with the binding in the Archer notebook! It seems to be very well made and from good quality paper. I'm probably pretty aggressive with the notebook as well since I'm constantly trying to get the pages lay flat while taking photos, but it's been holding up perfectly! 😄

The characters are actually kanji and derived from Chinese, but you probably already know that studying the language. Good luck with learning the language! I'm also working on learning Japanese :)

I thought for everyone who isn't familiar with all that, it would've been little bit confusing in the video to say I'm studying Japanese but using Chinese symbols, lol 😄 Good luck with your Japanese studying! 🥰

I hope it will be back soon! 😭 There's currently a massive post office strike going on in Finland and the shipping of letters is estimated to be completely stuck till January. I'm sooo beyond frustrated of the situation, but there is currently no option for me to ship outside Finland or ship any letters for that matter. :( I'm so sorry for this and really bummed that it's exactly for the Christmas season. I promise to update and put the shop back up immediately when I have more information of the exact times of delays and when the situation gets better!
