You aren't playing yourself, but you're playing yourself to me because I'm not living your life. This is TV; you are already on the screen. You put yourself out there. Kind of dystopian and inspiring at the same time, right?

Let me give you an example, and don't take this wrong way, I'm just giving you an image how possible the things you want to do really are! if you look into my life. If you were to see the way I look and the way I live, not saying it's bad or anything but, if you were to see me, you would think I was the laziest and moodiest person on the planet. There's no way! What could this guy really be doing. Than low behold, I've written several screenplays for my own movies I'm working on shooting, four short books I've published on amazon, and learned to play two instruments (and still learning.) Again, if you were to look into my life, you wouldn't expect AT ALL. You would think: "o, this guys smoke weed at best." LOLOLOL! I'm kidding, but seriously. :)
the way you sit in silence to gather and piece your thoughts together is very interesting - as if you’re detached from reality but trying to make sense of what you can you’re probably not okay and sending a virtual hug won’t help, so all I can say is stay authentic, follow your intuitive voice and let the current cycle of life run its course until it gets better - that’s what helped me 🫶
Also, if you believe that your thoughts and emotions cause stress and that stress causes your sickness, then you may also consider believing the opposite is true - that positive thoughts and emotions could cure the illness. Consider reading or watching Dr Joe Dispenza’s work. He teaches that meditations have the power to heal the body from chronic illnesses. There are so many of his client’s successful testimonials on there - and I’m currently trying his methods myself!

Hi Jay! Have you been diagnosed with Borderline personality (or any cluster b diagnosis)? I got diagnosed with bpd n I ve been trough childhood abuse and a major life crisis in the recent years. How you feel, your view on life, everything, are very similar to mine now.
Vitamin d3 for insomnia(amount 5000iu daily). Also sleep from 6pm-12am(super sleep). If you sleep until afternoon do sleep i say. It will change your life.

If you don't speak, the emotions you have inside you are gonna eat you alive, you are the healthiest when you don't have time to think about random stuff, so doing something is always better than doing nothing, making videos are also great ways to distract yourself and channelises your energy the other way around, it also relieves stress, and emotions out of your system so try to engage with more things you find enjoyable or interesting at some kind, it is gonna help you forget about the unwanted stuff you think normally, it also has to be the place most of the time, don't let the place energy consume you, have frequent movement, I know this might be so boring to read and you don't feel like listening to anything what people say but believe me once you get on the softer side of your self it becomes easier, eat well and do make videos, we are listening to you. I'm not a doctor so don't see what I say as a diagnosis but if you like it's something you could look up. For sleep issues you could try something called "Melatonin", which is something that your body produces naturally and helps your body with the sleep process. It's not a "put me to sleep" drug. Your English is fine and if you speak it this well when you're tired you don't need to be worried about it.

Please don’t do this. Diverse diet is the “healthy” one. Your body won’t tolerate rapid changes in a diet. We have a gut bacteria which is trained for what we eat. If you change fast your diet, you will have digestive issues.

Historically we've been in the hypercarnivore niche for over 2 million years, which means that we got more than 70% of our nutrition from meat. Today this would be seen as dangerous and unbalanced. But if you want to combat migraines and or insomia, then what I said, removing carbs and entering ketosis is a perfectly valid approach, as can quickly be verified by a simple Google search, which will show you mountains of research papers and testimony.
