Judging by the instructions it would have you believe that all data is lost during the process. Not so. Sure it returns the iPad or iPhone back to it's factory state but he fails to mention that it does not remove activation lock, so quite how he shows that he can start afresh and use another iPad account is something he gives no detail on. suspicions arise by the fact that this is his own device and removed the details prior to posting this so for that reason I'm inclined to dislike this instructional video because he doesn't lay claim that any accounts registered are not removed and no use of the device under them conditions cannot be achieved. Maybe worth clarifying that fact before you give these types of instructions? Just saying.
