Step by step on how to unlock your iPad.
When iPad is disabled, asking to connect to iTunes.
The only way to un-disabled to iPad is to restore by using iTunes via PC.
The restore will wipe the iPad clean back to factory settings, without any of your personal information, data or apps.
You need to have:

You can actually fix it by updating in iTunes instead which will keep the data and give you more time to wait till you can put it your passcode again. And if you don’t remember it then you’ll have to restore it
