Hello viewers! in this video I'm going to share with you a very simple and easy recipe of semolina cake also known as Rava cake and Basbousa.

Ingredients:
2 cups of Semolina
1 cup plain yogurt
1 cup sugar
1 cup Desiccated Coconut
4 eggs
1 cup Cooking oil
1tsp of vanilla extract
1 tbsp baking powder
For sugar syrup:
1 cup water
1/2 cup sugar
1tsp Rose water
1tsp lemon juice
