Interesting argument. And that's how it works in court. Solicitors and barristers use the law as a starting point but will argue finer points and twist points and pick and choose to suit their case.
And in job centres there are vulnerable people and people recovering from domestic violence. These people need protection and privacy which they are meant to get in a Job Centre. So whilst you get all indignant and argue the toss, don't forget that the claimants have rights to privacy too.
Beginning of this video makes me feel quite uncomfortable. Clearly it's an unusual situation for the security guards and DOES look suspicious so they are well within their rights to check it out. Being mocked and being called weird for doing so might put them off doing their due diligence in future just as the security at the Ariana Grande concert in Manchester admitted to....they were afraid of being deemed racist which is why they never questioned the bomber when they noticed him lurking about earlier.
Clearly the comparisons are not the same. You are perfectly entitled to feel as you wish. However he didn't question the asking him. They are doing their job. They just do not look like they have been trained well. Not to mention the boredom of the job would be terrible. First its a job center and a public building. Not really a good target for comparison to a Taylor Swift concert which is a rented private facility at the time. You need a pass to enter. If as you say security felt that the person who bombed it was suspicious but they feared being called rasist so did nothing. Would go completely against hje security set up for such an event. Where thousands of people have gathered and would make a much bigger impact. As it did.

Yes, that's the essential part of ABs channel, he works on the boundary of what is 'normal'. I think a security guard wouldn't be doing their jiob if they didn't check it out. As long as they don't go to far, or start making up crazy stuff like the police usually do. Got to remember, the G4 staff are typically from same pool as the Police, just the police select the ones that are most likely to do as they are told, and they get a few more £s each month, and a job for life. @@bangonthedoortwice I agree, I think AB let himself down on this one. I turned off halfway through, the first time I've ever done that on one of his vids and I've been watching him since he first started.
22:30 Putting a sign up to stop people filming into the backyard when the person carrying out the filming is outside the backyard is unlawful and a breach of the person's human rights. It's also pointless and stupid. How are they going to enforce it. Stop everyone with a camera who could see the backyard. What about drones. She was being nice there AB, credit where credit due.
Second that! The lady was totally professional and doing her job well under some mild provocaton from AB. I'm sure hes not easy to deal with, and she remained calm and polite, even when he got a little bit personal over the tatoo, a very personal thing to bring into it. I think there was good humour in it from AB, and full respect to the lady for how she handled it. A credit to Chesterfield all round!!
True but the same old arguments came out about suspicion, filming, “at your house” etc. They were nice about it tho
Even when they grossly overstep the mark it's almost impossible they will be held to account
@@Richard-el1gg she didn't deserve that, ab was rude end of.
@@bangonthedoortwice I agree, I think AB let himself down on this one. I turned off halfway through, the first time I've ever done that on one of his vids and I've been watching him since he first started.
I love how that woman was embarrassed to show her tattoos.
😂 a good night from the auditors tonight Who needs a telly 😂
Another great classic vlog from the Auditing Daddy. enjoyed it mate
To restrict you from somewhere we have the right to b is imprisonment. And is a tort of law.
The other point is that the constable has the whole meaning of the sign wrong. The sign says no filming IN the yard, not into the yard.
