- In this slice of Rome Total War action, I will be battering against the famous UA-camr, Legend of Total War! For anyone who has been living under a rock for the past few years, Legend of Total War is an amazing Total War player. I’m pretty sure he’s probably one of the best Campaign players out there….. But how is he regarding online battles??? Well we played each other in a FFA the other week and to my total dismay he beat me! As legend had drawn first blood, we decided to play another three 1v1 battles. In this video you will see all 3 battles. The first battle is 31K rules, the second is CWB and the 3rd is no rules. That was fucking brilliant. I have been watching Legend for a few weeks now and he is a funny dude on the campaign map. I'd like to see another one of these between the two of you. Exciting stuff.

For that last game, I think bringing a pike faction would really have helped against egypt. Rome has few hard counters to chariots and it really hurts their ability to pressure the egyptians. A pike faction with the long pikes would have been really effective not only for catching and screening off those chariots, but would also have performed quite well against the pharaoh's guards. Pontus, Seleucids, Macedon would probably have been the 3 factions i turned to as soon as i saw that egypt pick.

I've been looking forward to these battles ever since legend briefly mentioned it in one of his lets plays. So can I please have 130 chocolate biscuits. And one extra Anzac Day biscuit since legend is an Aussie.

Nice battles. This is off topic but in Legends' Brutii #5 video he mentioned that you told him someone did a 9 turn blitz in RTW. I'm very interested in blitz campaigns and would like to see how it was done. Can you please provide me with some more information or let the person who did it know someone wants to talk with him? +OldTotalWarrior I thought it was that guy from the total war centre who did it in 9 turns. I think you mention him on your Greek speed run?
+Biscuits Total War Thanks for replying. Are you talking about Genius of the Restoration? He did it in 16 turns years ago and my 14 turn run was last year. I thought Legend was talking about some new information that you just had found out.
Ahh haha! I miss heard your video. I thought he did it in 9 turns not 16 turns.
