Thanks for putting this vid out. I wasn’t sure I could get good results doing this. I usually just throw my unused ribs in plastic wrap…I done the foil thing before…it’s good for smoking terrible for storing freezer items! Lol

Well, now that definitely worked out! And it took less time than 3-2-1 ribs! Although 3-2-1 is too long, in my opinion, they had an awesome smoke ring and great color!!! Deal me in on those brother Jorge!!!😋👍

Did it get a better smoke profile from defrosting in the smoker? Just curious about that. The ribs looked real good Jorge, nice cook!
I did notice that the smoke ring was more noticeable but as the smoke flavor it was basically the same a light hint of smoke flavor
Forgot to take my ribs out of freezer. Trying this method NOW.
