- Having fun with this large snail mould from Lets Resin. All the links for the materials, and the mould, are below. All you need is the silicone mould, nail art powders, shredded cellophane and of course epoxy resin.

that cellophane is such fun and so cheap. I've used it in all sorts of things :) Glad you liked the snail info. I;ll do a frog one like that too sometime

HI that snail🐌is really gorgeous,, ❤ I felt so sorry for you when you lost your mica powder,, it happens though, to the best of us at times,, also hears a little poem that goes with your snail🐌,,that I have remembered from my childhood,,, Sammy Snail🐌is a very fine Fellow,,, he lives in House Green Pink and Yellow
He don't care if it Rains or Snows,, For he takes his House wherever he goes
Now if he feels Lazy,, or Just Wants to Hide,,, Why He Curls up Small and Pops Inside.🐌👍👌

@@miniscenesgb I love your snail, infact I got a set this morning of a large frog a lizard and a baby snailI 🐌thought it was going to be the bigger snail 🐌 but mabey I can use uv resin and make a set of earrings and pendent or mabey,, a little diorama that would work I've got fake acorns that look so real so we will see. ❤have a great week and take care.
@@Tiger804 ah I got that set and the pictures make the snail look big and it isn't... I ended up getting the snail separately. the frog and the lizard are fantastic though, and the little snail is cute
@@miniscenesgb I might get the bigger snail yet and some Lets resin holographic glitter I've just watched another snail video of a woman using it in her snail , I have to get those they really pop, and I think I will try out some tiny mixed glass crystals in the baby one with clear uv resin, what do you think?!!! The skys the limit.
@@Tiger804 well yes, let your imagination go wild. I 've done a totally glitter one for an order using all Glitter Stella glitters - the shell is the Cleopatra one I'm so fond of. soooo easy and what fun :)
Very cute. Great idea! This would make a great light. Next time, do the shell, then the rest of the body. I love that color!!
I do use it as a light :) Yu can't get the same finish doing the 2 parts in 2 pours as the shell isn't level at the bottom

All the stuff u do is absolutley gorgeous. You mighta been able to put the cellophane in your resin then pour it into the shell. 😊❤

I love aquatic things. Well a land snail I suppose is not aquatic, but I love snails also. It was great to learn about the small horns as you called them. Love the snail you made. Thank you for sharing.

Try warming your 1 to 1 resin in warm water makes it much runnier 👍😊

Very nice. I just got that mold. Mine has the number of ounces written on it by the words Lets Resin. I have not gotten my deep pour resin yet. I have a severe neck injury so resin must be put on back burner for a few weeks. Thanks enjoyed watching. hugs Sheryl from Indiana 💙🎨💙
Oh no! I hope you make a quick and full recovery, so sorry to hear of your injury. that must be awful. When you do get to do the snail I do recommend deep pour for it - it IS deep and I think there's a real risk of flash curing with regular resin. the alternative is to pour in several layers, curing up between
To help release moulds try a light mixture of water and soapy liquid 😊
They come out really easily, yes I did add a little water :)
