WOWWWWW OUTSTANDING YOU NEVER DISAPPOINT US BEN STAY SAFE HEALTHY STRONG AND GODS BLESSINGS ON YOUR HOUSEHOLD BEN AND HEAVENS PANTRY SET YOUR TABLE ALWAYS BROTHER
I ABSOLUTELY LOVE POTCAM
I think a feather lamp would e really cool
what do you do w/ all the lamps you make????
Wonder if you could cast marbles, being glass not sure how that would work, like old school cat eye marbles ect ones we played with at school
the thing i appreciate most is that you don't just turn BOWLS constantly. you do experiments, lights, and just so much great stuff. it doesn't feel like other channels because you have a variety
Thanks Mate
You should also check out Nick Zemmeti(think I spelled that right) lol
He does similar kind of work but with some more comedy and silliness 😅
@@jonny555ive I think he’s awesome. The comedic aspect is refreshing and he doesn’t have the same monotone tone other makers seem to have in their videos. Almost as if people are reading off a script lol
Same ❤🎉🎉
I found this channel from nick zametti
a similar lamp but only using red, yellow and orange cellophane as well as a bulb that mimics candle light would be really cool to see! Keep up the beautiful artwork!!
Oh yeah that's a cool idea adding an LED candle light inside.
🤔Idea for the next lamp!
🚨Tempered car glass, it breaks into small pieces that mimic the shape of pebbles, it’s not sharp…
Maybe tinted too!
How cool would that be!!!
Keep up the great videos and thank you!!!!
It would be pretty harsh on his tools though.
Tempered Glass is a FANTASTIC idea, great idea 💡 I can only imagine what a light would look like illuminating through it!
Also incorporating tinted glass also!
AWESOME IDEA👍🏻
I think painting the inside white was a great idea. Love how this one came out. 👍
Thanks Mark, yeah it definitely made a difference 😊
I love lamp
I respect this man
That reminds me of that episode of that tv show where the guy love car. I think it was a my strange addiction episode
I love lamp
😆
Ben and Skin show?? 🤣
The lamp is stunning! 😍
What a clever idea to make it with cellophane!
Thankyou 😊
Nick Zimmerman beat you to this. Awhile ago.
That came out stunning! Good idea with the white. You make it all look so easy!!
Thanks Sas 😊
What if you made a lamp with resin that has a bunch of small lamps inside it?
your projects get more unique and impressive with every video you put out, but you really outdid yourself this time. this one is incredible! i love lamp 🙃
I think this is my favorite of your lamp series! I love how the colors from the cellophane ran and left whispy striations. So cool! Thanks for sharing your talents with the world!
That turned out freaking epic man, some of your finest work on the channel, I always love seeing what you come up with, and this is a really freaking neat lamp
Wow! That turned out fabulous!! Awesome work and great idea using cellophane 😀
This look pretty awesome! Good idea! And love this series. Also thought the title was "I made a cellphone lamp" 😂😂🤷🏿♂️
use poly-stuffing and blue resin to make a cloud lamp!
This is so cool! Never would’ve thought it would turn out that way. I love how it isn’t densely packed at the bottom and gives a nice color story to it.
Ben!!! This is awesome!!! It looks like stained glass art!!!
❤️❤️❤️👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻
OH! That is SUPER COOL! You should put your lamps up for sale! Those would make excellent gifts as functional art
Hey Ben
My favourite of the 3🙂
Are you banned from using Nicole's paper cutter?😉
Take care
Best one yet. The depth on this one is perfect and the white background really made it pop.
It's a really cool lamp. You are an artist. Great job. I love it. Thank you for sharing.
I wonder if you could do a lamp with film negatives or slides (if you can even find any anymore) then when it lit up you might see the images! Would be really cool!
This turned out so nice. I see a fish and a horse head in the cellaphane. What a wonderful conversation piece. Great job Ben.
My personal favorite lamp build of yours was the wasp nest.
Ben you never cease to amaze me with your inventive ideas. The results are unexpected and stunning.
BEST ONE YET! Mate, just stunningggggg! The white inside made the cellophane be able to be seen so good!
This is awesome buddy, so many options and ideas come to mind. You can do so many different things with this one. Very cool and great idea. Instead of painting it white on the inside can't you just sand it to make it that foggy cloudy look?
I’m really happy to see you’re wearing a mask while working with the resin!
Loving the lamp series!!!
This lamp looks so cool. My little one would love one of those in for night time. Do you take commission?
This looks so great! Probably my favorite lamp so far. I’d love to see some more bug/spider projects if possible :)
Combine egg it and the lamp make an egg lamp
Astonishing as ever, you are the best
ohhhhh! I love the lamp series. I was just thinking you could do a lamp of each element/element type. you could use the basic earth-fire-air-water or you could do the extended version that Pokémon uses. :)
Thanks Steph, I really appreciate your support 😊 I love the element idea too!
Looks AMAZING ❤❤❤😊
The lamp turned out amazing! The cellophane crested cool waves. The base turned out awesome! I love the shade of purples in the black. You could try a glitter lamp, or sand,.
Thanks Mel 😊 yeah the wave effect was a nice surprise, a glitter lamp would be cool
DATS NICE AS HELL I REALLY NEED DA T MR. BEN STAY SAFE AND STAY BLESSED FAM 1 LOV
Your videos are absolutely amazing good sir you are my new Steve Irwin with that soothing relaxing voice and calm demeanor I love it keep it up sir!
Thanks Mate
A natural sponge in resin lamp.
That looks amazing. Enjoy watching your videos
Thanks Brent
Wowza! I kind of want to lick it though. 🤣 Makes me think of boiled lollies....😍
😂 yeah
Oof, that's amazing!!! It's been a while since I watched your vids, sorry... Just had a major move and things been hectic, was nice to watch your stuff again.
Thankyou 😊
That’s awesome! I wonder what else you could do with cellophane……. It looks like alcohol ink whispiness.
Thankyou, yeah it really surprised me
Wow looks amazing!!! I would totally buy one of those haha!
Thanks Mate
I love the lamps! Could you make one showing under the sea with shells and use cellophane for seaweed
Thanks Mary, that’s a great idea 😊
That really came out so very very cool, my friend. You really have a knack for this stuff, I love watching you create. It is relaxing to watch and exciting to see what you can come up with next.
Super tare 👍👍🍯👍👍🍒💡
Hi Ben! Really loving the lamps! ❤️ I collect unusual little lamps so I’m loving this! I would absolutely love to see you make a kinda toadstool 🍄 lamp with little lamp dwelling pixies 🧚♀️ with of course your own unique twist! Or one with fish hooks & bright coloured fly fishing flies! Can’t wait til next week! ♥️
That turned out awesome! I love this lamp series!
Thanks Linda 😊
Yes Ben make a cola lamp
It’s beautiful!
00:25 Amen brother, seems like the older I get, the colder it gets...
😂
It looks like you shaved glass, Ben my friend. That's so cool!!! I'm so glad you like this whole lamp series because I like watching it. And I didn't guess correctly about your extra blank. That's ok, I was happily surprised about it. So, it sounded like Nicole was using a sewing machine. Whatever she was doing, was she being a crafty girl? 😀
Thanks Tracy, she was buffing some of her craft pieces 😊
@@BensWorx lol. Wasn't even close! 😆
Wow that turned out great! Awesome and unique idea.
Thankyou
I like the almost kaleidoscope effect! ❤❤❤
Yeah it’s beautiful
This is beautiful, and I like the resin base, too.
Thanks Shannah 😊
Interesting effect!!! You could easily refine this into technique. Ayyy creativity!!!
Me pausing before PotCam: I hope it shrinks, I hope it shrinks! Me during the PotCam: Will it crack?, will it crack? Me watching the turning: Nooooo, I can't see thru the tape! Me at final reveal: Oooohhhh Yeah!!!!
Breathtaking 😢👏absolutely beautiful ❤️🔥🤩
WOW!!! That's a badass lamp. Accused my language. But I am in love with that lamp. You should do Halloween, thanksgiving and Christmas
I don't have a suggestion for a lamp specifically but I love any project that you use burl wood...Oh! I wonder if you could make a dragon egg lamp???
Cool! Looks like melted jolly ranchers. Love the lamp series. Following Rybnator's series of Will It Roll, you should call it Will It Lamp. Haha
I can't believe I sat here, looking at the notification for the publishing of this video, and thought "Wait, what's cellophane?" -facepalm- 8 seconds in and I've remembered. XD thanks for making these videos.
Another gorgeous lamp! I really enjoy watching you work. Thanks for another great video!
Bloody fantastic mate. That is a topshelf job buddy. Pat on back. 🤙🤙would love to see you do old Lego people turned into a lamp. That would be sick, Starwars themed even.
Bravo, Ben! Another brilliant lamp. My only question is…when are you going to start selling lamps on your Etsy store? You’ve already got a built-in market for them. (Namely, me!)
That looks utterly stunning! Beautiful result!
What about a highball glass with different colour layers like a swanky cocktail complete with maybe coloured ice cubes? Just a thought!
Also, I think this is the most beautiful thing you've created yet!!!! This is amazing
Looks absolutely stunning! Great idea with the cellophane 👏🏼 I'm curious if you can create like a elemental lamp. By using the real elements and props?😄
Like a lamp with real dirt and plants to recreate a jungle? Or the ocean and the beach with beach sand, shells and seaweed? Or recreate Bikini Bottom from Spongebob, with some figurines? 😁
Another great project B! Very cool... I'm still really blown away by the butterfly you put in resin and then wrapped in wood. Definitly one of my top favs... In that same vein, (if it's not too hard...) I think having a few butterflies to look at around the outside of a lamp would be awesome! Thanks... V
Hiya, Ben. What do you think of the idea of a catseye marble lamp? They have their own colors already.
Hey, Ben. Is the reply to my comment bogus? Is seems suspicious.
Great work. I think if you create thick twists of cellophane you will get nice effects, or try long strips and make knots of them.
If they only knew how to make these in the 70's... but they didn't have LED's back then, bummer. Nice work Ben!
Absolutely beautiful project! I think the white inside makes the colors pop nicely! May I ask what Nicole was working on when we could hear her in the background? It sounded like my old Singer sewing machine from the 80s, was she sewing something?
Wow, another really cool unusual creation. I'm loving the lamp series as well. They are all so interesting and different. Thanks for putting out fun, beautiful and creative videos!!
This is your most beautiful project! Thanks for sharing, Ben!
How about trying bubble wrap, would be interesting what happens to the air pockets when u add the resin...Could be worth giving it a try...
Rob..
Very nicely done. Wouldn’t mind that for myself 😄👍
G,day Ben like your videos, mate can you give us a link to where you get the small LED lights and fittings from. Having trouble finding them Regards Trev
I always know its going to be good when Ben tapes up the project and wont give us a peek. Stunning. MORE LAMPS!! Do a lamp shade ( a la Tiffany)
Amazing
The lamp looks awesome!🤩 Finally a purpose for cellophane. You should try making fake crystals with this technique and use those in some other project 🤔🤔
Oh Ben, this lamp is amazingly beautiful. Jeez you could spend hours just looking at all of the colors, twist and turns. This was a fabulous idea. Thanx man
Suggestions for other lamps: One with a Space theme and one with a LEGO theme :D
I am also loving the lamp series. This one is my favorite. I was thinking real hard about what would make a cool lamp and I was thinking maybe organza fabric or netting or since it’s close to Halloween spiderweb fabric. I’m gonna keep thinking,
Use Tiddlywinks in a lamp. Getting them to stay suspended evenly throughout the resin would be the tricky part. A swirl of glitter or metallic color would be a nice touch.
It'd be cool to see a dragon-scape lamp! o.o
Not sure if it's possible, but I'm imagining making it like one of your dragon eggs, just... a lamp
Would a resin "stained glass" piece be too far-fetched a project, Ben? 🤔 that's what this lamp reminded me of, but i'm not sure how much work an actual panel of designed stained resin would be.
My daughter and I think you should do an ocean themed lamp. With little fish and other sea life in it somehow. Maybe some shells and sand?? I don’t know what’s possible but you have a way of achieving what seems impossible haha. Love your work mate!
What a beautiful outcome for a fun experiment! I love this new series ❤ It’s fun to see the different things you can do with resin! Is there a way to make it look like trapped bubbles? I can imagine a bubble lamp would be cool. Thanks for another great video Ben!
So cool.. I think that this is my favorite so far..the cellophane looks like liquid sugar..
That's a great look, Ben. Well, done! I have a bunch of heat resistant gels for altering the light colour of lighting used to make photos and video. Lee or Rosco are the two North American manufacturers that I am aware of. That probably doesn't help you but it might be something to look at for another interesting colour source. I don't know how they would suspend in resin but if you could cut them into shapes they might just float exactly where you place them. Cheers!
WOAH! I got goosebumps! 😳
Beautiful
I’m new to your channel and I am so fascinated by the possibilities with epoxy. I am so intrigued and enjoy watching you create these things.
The first blank (before you turn it) looks like a jolly rancher fever dream.
Beautiful work!
''And when things get cold , they shrivel''.. all the guys just went ''Aw man''.
I love this series. Maybe for the holidays, we can see something resembling a fruitcake. Plenty of red, green, yellow and white patterns in those loaded bricks. I think it's worth a shot!
Have you done any videos in which you experiment with allowing air bubbles to remain in the resin to refract the light in unique and interesting ways? Or with leaving the lamp "rough sanded" and unpolished?
If no, do you plan to in the future?
Love the video, the base made me think of a YoYo - maybe you could make some YoYo's out of all kinds of things in resin?
Also what music do you use? So relaxing :)
I totally wish I could come to your workshop and make something! I will never have all the machines you do. I’m loving the lamp series 👍🏼
