I've had games like that one with Poland playing the AMX 13 SS.11. you manage to flank them and get into just the right spot you can scout and disable enemy vehicles when they get out of the the spawn area and on their way to town. And you got so much room to manoeuvre if they try to push you.
*scouts trough the ground* when i try to scout through a bush i get penelized. XD
it is because phly was aiming his mouse right at enemy before scouting, if you try through bush you may not be aimed right at enemy.
We used these in the SADF in the 70's and 80's and it was affectionately known as the 'Noddy car'.
well technically the 70s, the mark5 onwards of the eland have different engines and brakes (with the mk 7 haveing a different turret and hull) meaning in the 80s they were effectively different vehicles.

I started to ask for this after seeing SO MUCH BS with the 90mm apcr doing no post penetration damage and wanted to share this nightmare with others. After more than a year nothing changed, just 0.3 br reduction.
Did you know that the Aml-90 at its time was the best vehicle in terms of firepower/tons?

Oh god i *bleeping* hate this thing, so i was in my T95 and as you do you take 5 minutes to get to the battlefield, so as soon as i get into a good position i look back and 2 of my team mates are getting one shotted by just a swarm of spawn camping AML-90s, it's so fun for Gaijin to add vehicles to the game that can get to a good spawn camping location in the first few minutes of the game.
Please stop calling for nerfs on aced and fully spaded tanks which you had for free.
SpaceFX I believe you should judge the performance of the vehicle in fully upgraded state.

The aml 90 is like the regular abul (not the hvg version) but better in almost every way. Its a smaller target, has more armor, faster reload, has more penetration, and can side with the americans. While the only advantages the abul gets are a slightly faster top speed and slightly better turret elevation and depression and a bad hesh round. And the abul always goes against the american .50 cals

Because of the type of shell. Just a rule Gaijin created. Chemical effect (HE, HEAT, HESH, etc...) are made to more easily hullbreak a hull-breakable vehicle. I'm not sure at this BR but 90mm chemical systematically hullbreaks a vehicle at 6.7, whilst kinetic effect ammo might require 100mm and above for the same effect. At 8.0 and above (vehicles like the AMX-10RC, Type 89, Bradley, Warrior but except maybe the AUBL/74 HVG), it's 105mm chemical and 120mm kinetic that are granted a systematic hullbreak. There are patchnote and the wiki that might be able to help a little more.
Yeah... just checked the wiki, there isn't much to look at. There also notion of damaged modules in a tank, which can be perfectly illustrated by shooting at an M18. if you disable it's engine or transmission in two separate shots with the same 'say 75mm solid shot, there's no hull break. However, if a single shot from the same weapon disables both the engine and transmission, it hullbreaks. and for APHE-typed shells, there's some sort of combined notion of that, kinetic damage and chemical damage altogether. Sometimes a hull break occurs with a 75mm APHE inside an M18 depending on the modules you hit.

hey i knockoff some large tans with this scout, but I have to say, you have to do a ninja things to not get detected or you are dead, but now its my favorite vehicle, love the upper gun for planes
the most weirdest part of this tank gun is
Pros : you can pen from the front and back
Cons : cant pen properly from the side

I have more kills in WT w/ 90mm HEAT (ru251) than any other projectile. Sometimes takes two, sure, but compared with 90mm AP like other French 6.7s, I'll take HEAT every time.

Yeah i didnt know that about the AML-90, since i didnt even know it excisted until i saw this video. I am only tier 4 tanks and late tier 3 Aircraft for the soviet without bying Eagles.
@@norwegianbias7500 Its all good lol. Highest tier I have is the hind (I'm a premium pleb).. and that's about it. My highest free to play tier is the tiger h1, although I love playing the american M18 Hellcats and super hellcat. Tons and tons of fun (literally).

I've got the Israeli Version of this in the game and it is still a fun tank it's like the R3 but a larger gun and its smaller

Anyone actually prefer to use heatfs over apfsds not taking the penetration into account? I hate HEAT for not going over any obstacle, including small foliage that is everywhere, and the hitbox is fail so even shooting above some foliage still detonate it.
