Just came across your channel a few days ago boss, and your content is fire! I’m trying to get into screen printing because I’ve always wanted to get into clothing, and trying to be hands on with a clothing brand I started instead of going through other printers and manufacturers for the moment, but will eventually. Recently, I got back into graphic designing for my brand using Affinity designer and photo, and damn this learning curve! I know you work with photoshop, but can you create more tutorials on how to design for screen printing. I’m trying figure out how to create my designs so that they are mock up ready for that print method. I’ve made designs for DTG printing, but I’ve learned that the process may be different with screen printing and that you would have to use half tones for more detailed designs with colors and gradients. I know this might be a lot to ask for, but I know it would be really helpful for others in my shoes as well. Thanks and much love Brema!

I studied Printing in my uni. Screen printing became my way to make money to finish uni. Love from greece
HI, Can i ask u, what is better: platisol ink or water based?
@@nicolegaleone7888 hi. Platisol is used for print that are printed on plastick shits and then heat preshed on the shirt . on silk i use water based. ( that is my way of doing things tho)

Great work awesome design, you could save yourself some time and ink... just by getting larger squeegees you want have to do as many passes and if you’re going to print on white you can just cut that out in the design and let the white of the shirt show it take more ink to cover dark colors... good vid over all

The biggest hassle is making the screens, the emulsion is always changing, I have lost the most money on emulsion and water based ink freezing up the screen. Thinking about switching to pre made. transfers.

I had screen printing as a class in school, and we always would use crop marks on the edges. Then its just a matter of lining those up. Tape over them when everything is lined up and you wouldnt have the hassle of trying to line up the print itself that can sometimes be difficult on intricate designs.
