Appreciate the video. Here's what I'll say, break down 5 year goals into years . Break down the years into months. The months into weeks and the weeks into days. For every week determine what tasks need to be done daily. Then just do those tasks daily without having to think about it, there is time to reflect at the end of week. What matters is that you get in the reps and chip away at the work asap. Don't blame yourself if you think you are lazy, you are probably just overwhelmed. Break it down. Took me nearly 4 years to learn this!
