That car had a recall for a BCM issue where over time it drew more amps than it should have. The fix the dealer applies to fix this issue. Involved putting a spacer between the BCM and a wiring harness and adding dielectric grease. You may very well be seen a dealership repair on a recall.
I have a 07 saturn. No power on can h or l. Been told it's bcm. According to this video that's correct. Is it? If so does the bcm need program like the ecu
I unhooked the same module on my 09 aura and there was grease in all the pin holes also and I’m having the same no crank no start Issues. I’m still trying to diagnose and fix my car as I type this

No my car has been sitting for months. The only thing I can think to figure out is a expensive OBD2 reader and hope it points me to a bad module
