- the NYC Marathon is pretty much my favorite race ever. This wasn't my fastest but probly my most fun 26.2, was a little windy but not much to complain about. Here're my full results (incase anyone cares) tinyurl.com/k4p...
The UA-cam Music Awards were pretty incredible. It's so rad that they did it. The way people voted, the way the awards were hosted. All of it was just way outside the box. It was total chaos, not sure if watching on UA-cam conveyed how nuts it was, but to be there was some experience.

dude. you nailed a 3 hour marathon. And you kept on going like nothing happened. Holy shit man. a 3 hour marathon is REALLY fast. 4.28 minutes per kilometer.
Diego Yeah that's actually such a fast marathon pace! I was thinking if he does it under 4 i'll be impressed! He smashed it like it was nothing!
Jack Binding to be fair he said in another vlog that that was his 22nd marathon. he's very experienced by now. That explains the whole "going on as if nothing had happened". Still, what an inspiration. My dream is to one day run the NYC Marathon. 2 things are stopping me from doing it: 1- I live in Argentina. 2- I can't run a marathon. I can run a half-marathon, just not a marathon yet. I'm sure I'll run the NYC marathon one day..
Keep going for it man! I live in London and still haven't ran the London one because i know i cant hack it yet! Ran a half last year though! :) They're such grinds man haha. Check a guy called Joe Desena for motivation bro. Just watch a little bit of his london real podcast interview on youtube. So sick!

Thanks for making this video and posting it. I saw myself on the Verrazano Narrows bridge, and we finished at almost exactly the same time, so we probably ran the entire race within a few feet of each other.

Uff. That is by far the most underrated movie from Neistat. It is extremely well edited and its message is astonishing: he may refer to New York City but it is applicable on life itself: sometimes there are days when you do multiple productive and outstanding things in just one day. It even may be in contrast to the rest of the week! And the art to deal with these challenging days, is not to see the components as obstructions (thus excuses) but as little parts of a big and fun puzzle that you can’t wait to complete. This guy ran a marathon and directly went to an award. Wow. Just wow.

I run the Fifth Third Bank River Run 25K in Grand Rapids, Michigan but You have just inspired me to possibly run the New York Marathon, plus I have never been to New York so this is a great reason to go. Anyway, thanks for sharing. Keep on fulfilling your dreams! BTW I am a soldier in the Michigan Army National Guard, have been in for 28 years plus I act and sing, Been doing that since high school!
