all fools are thinking that Indians dint have tools ..They had all sorts of tools including stone cutting fluid .A Tamil stone carver told me that his great great grand paa knew some water by which stone would become Butter ..That means they knew some cutting fluid lathes were extensively used to turn stone pillars Just that power was by rotary wheels drawn by Bullocks They used much better diamond tools ..Diamond was known to Indians since ages
