Dad takes you all the way down to Plymouth for something very different to our normal work, & I take you along for 3 x fence installs, 2 of them are using timber panels and the 3rd is using composite fence panels! ps, they look amazing!

Steve and ant are so hard working and the banter between them is hilarious Steve and ant kept us in the loop when any decisions needed to be made but in general they knew what the job needed and we just let them advise on what was best
We're loving our new fencing no more hedge to cut and we will never have to paint wooden panels

I worked in car dealerships for 30 plus years as a contract cleaner and seen so many times that nothing ready when companies come to do work, sales men are told to move cars by a sales manager that doesn’t move from his office, sales personal ignore so nothing gets sorted, felt for you it’s so annoying and frustrating, love the videos and how professional you and your guys are, 👏👏
Big D. that’s how a proper boss dose it. dose a job miles away Bog tired but is still out the next day with the lads. 👍. Good to see the Sany earning its keep that hedge just might as well it have been there. very very handy bit of kit. worth every penny. Can see how the land take is well worth it as well.
I’m kind of stuck the the plastic panels. but i do like the grey. looks smart odd thing to ask how dose it stand up to heat / cold and UV ??? looks smart though

75 year old hear been away so late with me comment today, brilliant fencing job as usual ,diffrent day with dad very interesting to watch,so we have had fencing, grabs ,sign removal,gates, what more can we ask for.
Just found your channel a week ago. Very addictive! Don't stop what your doing it's excellent. The dad and son thing is very marketable, look at ameeican chopper or good rush on discovery. You guys are more real and more watchable no matter what the job.

Seriously that customer with the fencing really made sure lads was fed and supplied with the drinks.

Another great video!! That fence was beautifully done. I was holding my breath when Dave was up high with the sign guy! Watching you take those signs down was so interesting. I was wondering how you were going to get them down. I think it’s wonderful that all the money that the boys got for the scrap went into their holiday fund. D&J could have claimed it as theirs because it was part of a job but you put it in the boys holiday fund. Greatest employer ever!! Dave your frustration with the vehicles being in the way is understandable. I used to deal with it on an almost daily basis when I ran the 72' knuckle boom.

Hello D&J. Excellent vlog today guys. Love the hour ones. What a star you are Dave to travel so far for a job, great to watch aswell! Great fencing jobs from the boys, really like the grey composite. I bet they were so glad to get rid of that huge expanse of hedging, such a lot of maintenence, hope they come back to you for the rest! Lovely gates. Do love a new gate! Finishes off a job nicely. I remember working away for 3 days every six months, leave home in Southampton & drive upto Plymouth. Left home at 5am got to our site in Plymouth around 9am, from what I remember we stayed in the premier inn near a large busy roundabout near a dual carriageway…don’t miss them days as no longer do that particular contract 😴😯😂

So then guys! Phenomenal composite fencing job and more than an hour and a quarter vlog. Good to see D&J darn sarf, even more south than me. Where you incorporated that parking space into the rear garden made a huge difference to the size of that garden, well worth doing. You've all worked so hard this week, as usual. Hi Stevie, Dave and gang (including Bernie who i spoke to earlier on today) Just commenting on the composite fencing, Personally i dont like the idea of plastic (sorry composite) sheds, fences and decking (and probably many other landscaping products) Now for maintance purposes i can see why people use them but to me a fence is made of wood, and as Stevie said last video (or the video before) wood when looked after will last for years. The 'roofrack' in that composite fence install could have been from anywhere, personally i know that the builders who built my place buried absolutely everything under the soil to save the cost of filling in with hardcore or soil (wouldnt be suprised if there was some heras safety fencing about 3ft down)
I would hope that one of the ladies named the Sani as i believe all the other stuff was named by the guys

There is method in customer madness. By supplying tea coffee, and snacks all day, it keeps the workers on site all-day so they don't have to leave the site for any reason.

Hi dave just watching you pulling out that hedge with the sany and using the ra
ke.there one more addition you can add to that machine and it won't cost you £50 you can weld a ball hitch on the blade at the very top of blade dead center you can hitch onto your trailer. There's always times you can't back in with your van when the trailer is loaded with material I've got a ball hitch on my 3 tonner very handy for backing trailer right into where you want it and handy for moving trailer around yard aswell.as always very entertaining videos for someone that's semi retired that's all I watch and the struggle some carickter.keep up the good work boys 👍

Great one! Enjoyed all of the video. How do y’all like working with the composite fencing? It looks really nice. I still like the wood panels better. Enjoyed seeing some of Plymouth. Was kinda surprised to see the KFC there. Wonder if the menu is the same as here. Loved the D & J beanies and caps. Always look after your contractors because if you do they go that little bit further for you well that's what i always did when i manufactured decorative gates and railings and installing them you don't mind doing a bit extra if they are nice to you.

Nice to see Vospers still going. My old man bought his first Granada from them back in the early 70’s VDR 515M, probably scrapped many years ago.
Not sure about the composite fence panels I think it's the look of the horizontal planks but it's just a personal taste. I'm sure it will have a high UV & fade resistance, making it low maintainence but not sure how it will stand up to knocks & strong winds as it looks as though it won't let any through.
I am absolutely exhausted, had to watch it in 2 parts. Great video, great team, great entertainment, GREAT team. Thank you. 💚🥰
