I am off topic, but the best book I have read this year on mindfulness and neuroscience is Amishi Jha’s “Peak Mind”.
She provides tips like letting the mind wander at times to enhance creativity. Amishi’s tips are a nice change from Dogen’s “Practice like your hair is on fire.” Also we don’t need to get overly zealous about practicing mindfulness. Just recognizing our daydreams, stories and emotional reactions makes a big difference in the quality of our lives.

Huberman is awesome... ...I am currently working my way through a 3 hr and 20 some odd minute podcast on sugar. There is SO much good information in this one. I really need a full transcript so that I can use it to reaseach much of what was said and to be able to take notes. It is one that I feel that I am going to have to listen to a few times in order to absorb all of the information.

Thanks! Yeah, I love the guy and used to listen to every episode, but I found myself getting more and more aggravated with the way he would stretch 20 minutes of material into hours by repetition and restating a 100 ways. He's mentioned how he doesn't use a script... but he should

Off topic: Can I request you interview @perrikaryal? I've just watched a video of her gaming using an EEG headset on the Great Big Story's channel. Love to see you interview her, see if it's legit and if so delve deep into how she did it.
