Shalamar deserve to keep on going on.. The two original members has paid dues. And they deserve their accurate.. But that piercing soprano Jody sound is definitely missed.

Jody has no desire to perform with the guys so it's fine Baldwin is there. The disappointment is that she isn't any good and Hewitt has lost his voice.

The tour is a massive sell out with many people simply coming again and again. When the Jody fans stop trolling Shalamar videos I will stop pointing out the obvious - that Jody can barely breathe let alone sing. When is her next sell out gig at a decent sized venue?

@@vijaybhuchar4599 ⁠ Miss Jody puts on a great show breathing is fine, she sings great like her records and exudes positive black queen vibes, she got natural swag, beauty, the blueprint fo sho. I last saw her at Microsoft Theater LA as special guest of Stevie Wonder, she rocked the house standing ovation. I was at many of her sold out shows over the years. I saw Shalamar in Vegas billed as a Reunion to the confusion of many of us, JD wasn’t there. I also saw them up in Oakland a few years ago they didn’t go over well at all maybe us OG’s looks for something else, especially if one was lucky to see them
Back in the day Solar Galxy tour. I personally wish brotha Howard would sing the songs and not always say yall know the words and hold the 🎙 out. I got nothing but love for all of them there music is a big part of my life that includes Miss Jody ✊🏿

I like many others am a huge Shalamar fan , but this unfortunately will below there best , but to be fair Jeffrey Daniel's & Howard Hewett jr are fast approaching there 70th Birthdays. So respect to them for still putting it out there. As for Jody not performing it's probably the right move.
