I think SkyrimVR already has a low pass filter applied. In the first versions, it had the same problem as Fallout VR, but it's fixed after that. Currently VRIK has code that controls head position, so any mod that tries to do the same would conflict with that. I suggest installing VRIK if you are not already using it and disable Head bobbing from Mod Configuration Menu, so it's smooth.
