Hi Justin! Just wanted to let you know that I just found your channel, checked it out and I must say I am stunned by how awesome your tutorials are. As a young editor who is still learning, I love especially your advanced tutorials. No wonder that nofilmschool said your videos are easily one of the best on the platform and I must agree. What shocked me though is the viewcount on your videos. Man there should be a lot more subs and views on your videos. Please know that there are people really enjoying your work and keep it up. I will continue to support your channel. Love to you man.
Killer effect and tutorial video! Your teaching style is awesome, and never condescending. Thank you for posting your tutorials. One of two things happens to me every time. I either A) Learn something totally new or B) Learn a way to do something faster than my old way. Thanks again! You've got a lot of talent and a great attitude.
Loved this tutorial! Lately I've been getting back into my long lost hobby (video editing) and your tutorials really help to motivate me. They're detailed and entertaining at once and really cover most of the questions I'm not able to solve by myself. Just wanted to let you know the content you create is great. Thx for the vid!
Hey Justin! I was looking all over UA-cam trying to find the rewind/fast forward and I'm so glad I found your tutorial! You're good teacher because you got straight to the point without making it complicated. I'll be using the effect in my next video. Katie ;)
Awesome, thanks! Had a little trouble with the speed ramping part...not sure why, I've used speed ramping before, but the regular speed adjusting worked well too. Thanks for sharing this tutorial!
This worked really well for me. On a PC the time remapping seems to be noticeably more bollocks than on a Mac. Either that or Adobe has changed something and made it harder (see titles feature) ultimately though, I made it work and it was all thanks to this tutorial. Also, credit MUST be given for not endlessly waffling on. Most of this sort of video run into the hours and feature a lot of opinions I don't need and stuff that anyone who has ever used Premiere already knows. So thanks, this was excellent.
Thank you Justin I think I speak for everybody here when I say we are grateful for you effort to upload this frequent this amazing content because you must be working at least a 100 hours a week at this point. Keep it up man and hope to see more of your Vlog.
That was SO AWESOME!! Perfect tutorial and a great effect. I was even able to duplicate this in elements 2018! only differance was where you have to select the adjustment layer from (it's a drop down box inside the media bin). Thank you!!
Phew! I was afraid to not find the full tutorial. Far better than the Short version. You skipped the part where you talk about the blend mode in the Short, thus the result was really bad when I tried it! Now it is perfect! Thank you!
I Love/Hate how you do After Affects tutorials too. I really don't want to put in the work to learn after affects but I really want to learn it. Its great learning Premiere too. You taught me how to use it. Through your tutorials I learned the basics. You have definitely affected my life. Keep up the good work. I can't wait to learn what you teach next
Thank you very much for that tutorial. I will use that in my video. One hint: it is much easier to modify speed of Time remapping on reversed clip, when it is shorter (not trimmed). First configure line of time remapping and then trim the video. Without that it tried to edit whole video file and behaved strangely.
Also known as the "yup, that's me. You're probably wondering how I wound up in this situation" effect
Lets rewind to the beginning
