Lol it just doesnt move for me. The distorted lines coem up but don't change at all. Like its not animated by default.. How do you have yours move by default??
Thanks Justin, but I had a question about the effect. I'm using the effect to transition from one Title to another. The Wave Warp works fine and looks glitchy(Like I want it) when I have NO animations applied to the Titles. But as soon as I try to scale the Title From small to large, the Wave Warp effect no longer looks glitchy, it just simply breaks apart the text in the Title and stops. Any idea why it's doing this? Hey Justin, I have a couple of problems with this transition. 1: The wave warp doesn't even move. 2: Before the video switches, the screen is black. I would really appreciate it if you could help me out. I haven't uploaded a video in like a week and this bug is stopping me from creating and uploading another one.
Just figured out why it doesn't move, it's because theres another adjustment layer on top of the adjustment layer for this effect. I also figured out why the effect is black, it's because theres a title under the adjustment layer. I ended up trying another title and put it under the adjustment layer and it fixed everything. Maybe somebody else will find this useful.
So I am looking to use this effect as a transition between scenes in OBS (Open Broadcasting Software), would it work to make this as a transparent video and just my webcam live and then goto a scene with a different webcam. Or does it need to be actual video footage in this video?

+GameGabe you can't exactly save the adjustment layers but you can save the combination of effects as a preset. I have a tutorial on my channel about it.
