I'm such a glass ornament snob, I never would have thought to use shatterproof ornaments, but that garland is wonderful! I use plain glass ball deep in the tree to give depth, but this is SO much easier! Thank for the videos, they are awesome!
i appreciate that you explain as you demonstrate. You don't waste time and you've shown me how to fill, light and bring depth and life to my tree in three short straight forward videos. Thank you Brooke.
Theses videos help alot! I always use to wonder how those full and fancy looking trees at the shopping malls would look so different with so much texture and movement compare to our cheap looking flat tree 😂 it's all in the techniques of how you place your ornaments and lights! Amazing work.
Hello James from Dallas Texas I'm actually knew to your channel but I like what you're doing and I can't wait to see more videos thank you so much for sharing❤❤❤
I just want to thank you so much for this video! I was so inspired that I made my own ornament garlands and I simply cannot wait for decorating time! What an incredible idea to quickly place shatterproof ornaments and still have sentimental or showstopper ornaments/pieces be the stand outs on a tree! Im in love and obsessed! ❤😍 Thank you once again! -m.
Your placement of the garland deep into the tree makes the balls look more like natural berries. Ball garlands make for quick & easy decorating & removing and they look so much better than small dotted ornaments everywhere. Giant ornaments act as a nice backdrop of color deep in the tree too.
This tree is so elegant. It’s July, but you make me want to decorate my tree right now. Thank you so much for your wonderful presentation. Merry Christmas, in July.
watching from Australia. This is the BEST tree decorating video that I have watched. Thank you. We dont have quite the range of decorations over here that you do in the U.S. but I will do my best. thanks again. Tomorrow Im off to try to find cluster lights and more large balls....only problem is....they are very expensive for the large ones.
My cluster lights arrived this morning! I bought 45 metres of them to add to a pre lit tree. The ball garlands are impossible to find here and incredibly expensive to ship. Next year I want to do all my Christmas decoration shopping in the USA 🇺🇸
@@NickiFitzgerald369 Have a look on UA-cam at Raymon At Home. He has a video on making the garlands. I tried again this year, but too tricky for me. for some reason the green florist tape would not stick to or twirl around the chenille wire sticks, so I've given up. I managed to make one last year which was so so, but looked great when in the tree. I was hoping to make more this year, but I have given up. Maybe you could have more luck. :-)
@@lindyhawthorne2164 I tried the Ramon technique yesterday but just ended up stringing them on a wire. They do look very gorgeous but I only made about 1.5 metres. I need sooooooo many more baubles now
@@NickiFitzgerald369 Good on you. Did you leave space between each bauble and if yes, how did you do that ????? pretty please. :-) Im glad that Im not the only one who was challenged with this.... lol

The best Christmas channel on UA-cam!!! Thank you so much, your videos have taught me so much. The extra large baubles “shoved” into the tree is a game changer, the tree looks so much more full, and makes it feel like there are surprises hidden right through the tree. Absolutely gorgeous. Do you ship internationally? Those ball garlands are giving me life and I MUST HAVE THEM!!!
Sadly, here in Australia, the extra large ornaments are $12 each and very hard to find anywhere. So I just bought 3....really need another 3 or 4, but too exxy.
@@NickiFitzgerald369 oh, thanks. I actually looked there the other day. I think I saw one lot, but they lit up and had a large end to them. I will look again.

🎄🎁Hello Had a couple of questions I decided to purchase this year a pink tree because my whole house theme is pinking gold and it looks just gorgeous, but I found myself not being able to put the lights on the pink tree because it gives off a yellow we look because of the lights Not letting you see the pink clearly I know this because I also bought two pencil pink trees, 7.5 feet and I put one in the kitchen and one in my room and they have the lights and it does look pink when it’s daytime, but when we turn on the lights for them in the night we know it’s pink because we know it’s pink but the lights don’t show off the pink are their lights with white light if that makes sense or it wouldn’t take away from the color of the tree also, second question with this video I love the idea of the ball garland but I also have the main tree with a turning bottom so the tree turns all the way around constantly, so how would do it. I asked because you said that we don’t want to take away from our regular main ornaments or would I just buy a few and go all the way around please let me know if you have a chance I know you all are very busy. You be blessed and happy Thanksgiving and merry Christmas
I was wondering if perhaps the white lights are a warm white vs a bright white? Thatvnay be giving you that yellow tint. Just a thought. Have you tried the multi-function lights that change color. I know there are pink lights you can buy several places like Hobby Lobby for $5.99. You can put up to10 strands together. Amazon and QVC have them as well. As far as the ball garland, I have a turning tree as well. And I put ball garland around the whole tree. Since you will see it from all sides. The humber of ball garland really just depends on how full you want your tree. And how many other items you want to put onto your tree. How full or natural you want your tree to look. We have a very full tree. I use ball garland. Ribbon, picks. Crystals etc...and sentimental ornaments. It's really up to you. There is no wrong way. Just remember, nature isn't perfect. The trees you see in magazines took several professionals, hours to get things just perfect. Personally, I like the imperfections. You notice how she didn't do perfect circles around the tree? If you want another video about ball garland or Christmas trees etc...I watch Jeanna Loves Christmas. I know you were hoping to hear from the person who made the video. But. I hope this helps.💕🙏🇺🇸
That's great. I would add 3-5 ball garlands in silver or gold to reflect more of the lights and pink. Tuck them in to add depth to your tree and the reflection can again function to add a backdrop to your main ornaments. @barbaravance has given great tips and I agree with them all. Cool lights are better on a pink tree or just bright white. Definitely use them all around the tree but they don't have to connect end to end. Follow an imaginary spiral around the tree from the top tip to bottom, adding the ball garlands every 3-4 ft. Just be careful, they don't end up on the same side of the tree and you leave plenty of room for the main ornaments. Happy Decorating!
We can ship them to you. I’m not sure otherwise. We double check our packages to for defect before shipping so there is no hassle as some customers found with Raz products.
We can ship them to you. Apparently, they are difficult to find. They are by Raz. We have them in silver, gold, red, multi and multi with red, white and green.
We do not carry live trees in our shop, we only carry artificial trees. Live trees are wonderful but are harder to manipulate and we don't use them very often.
It’s nice but all I see from the designer is stuffing the trees I miss dangling ornaments with different shapes and sizes to me that looks more traditional
This is just the first step in decorating a tree for added depth. Your dangling items would be added later on to those "prized real estate" branch tips. More videos to come.
The ultimate goal is to create depth, movement, and contrast like any artistic composition. Following the principles and elements of design and how you achieve that is up to you. The cost or beauty of the ball garlands is subjective. If I have a single $85 brand ornament hanging on the outside of the tree, three $75 plastic 5ft long ball garlands on a 9ft tree, doesn't seem expensive or worthy of showcasing to create an interesting backdrop to that ornament. If I have a $10 plastic ornament hanging on the outside of the tree, the ball garland becomes the more "valuable" item on the tree and should be used toward the middle and not tucked in too deep. It also depends on how full your tree is decorated. In our shop, we have trees of $12,000 value fully decorated with crystal and glass. On the other hand, we have trees filled with only $2,000 worth of lower-quality ornaments lightly decorated. Covering the inside pole of an artificial tree and creating depth is much easier with these ball garlands than securing multiple "Filler" ornaments. Happy Decorating!
I have been married for 48 years. Every year I would buy a few ornaments. Some to commentate special events in our lives, some just because they caught my eye. Without meaning to, the amount of money invested in my ornaments became a large sum. So, I understand a beautiful tree is an investment. I love the red ball garlands. It really unifies the look. Stunning.
