I still use tree tips from you from about 10 years ago! I love that you are still teaching, I have had beautiful trees every year with all of your tips! Merry Christmas 🎄
I can’t even think of decorating my trees without fluffing but I hate it! And love the cluster lights too! Love the ribbon you used and the thin is gorgeous! Stems make the tree so loved that! The tree is beautiful and thank you for sharing it with us! Love your videos!🌲🎄🌲
Just found your channel while surfing for channels with Christmas products and let me just say . . . I AM IN LOVE WITH THIS CHANNEL! ❤ Happy Holidays!🎄
Do you ever do a tree (like in your home) with “keepsake” ornaments that have been handmade/collected over the years? These department store type trees are beautiful, but it would be interesting to see how you would choose to decorate a tree that would be more common.
I think you could achieve a gorgeous look with keepsake ornaments and ribbons and garland. You could use wood beef garland. Choose ribbons that aren’t so formal. Back off on the glitz. A subdued Christmas pattern. Or a solid color.
@@rschindler9965 I definitely do create a beautiful keepsake tree each year. But my comment was more aimed at the designer specifically out of curiosity as I’ve never seen her do it on her channel.
I love your Christmas tree is beautiful I love all ornament they gorgeous , thank you very much for the Christmas tree decoration tips inspiration ideas happy holiday🍁🍂🌲🌲❤❤❤❤
A beautiful tree. Did you decorate all the way around? One year, I decorated my tree without the back, and it fell forward. Too much weight! My hubby put sinker rings and tied fishing lines around the tree to the wall. It had never fallen again. I really enjoyed seeing your decorated trees.
Really beautiful! I can't wait to decorate mine. However, we are getting a real tree (we do it every year). I guess we will have more space to fill. Do you have any suggestions, or do you just use the same techniques?
Thank you for sharing your tips, The video was very helpful and informative. Only question I had was.. Do you decorate the back of the tree if no one's going to see it?
Do you have tips on how to decorate a slim or pencil tree. I bought one this year but not sure how to decorate it. Your tree is beautiful. Thanks Jennifer and HAPPY THANSGIVING. ❤
LOVE your tree designs especially the the cluster fairy lights, but the link at Amazon does not give much info. or cool or warm choices. The length is supposed to be 20 ft, but the Amazon link shows a 10ft strand. Can you let us know if these are the correct fairy lights? Or suggest another brand...Thank you
k, i've gotten a lot of great info on decorating my tree from christopher heideman & others, but i can only take in so much each year, i am now needing to know the principles for placement of everything. the tip about gluing the top on the large ornaments, i just had that happen, & i have cats, so i had really clean it up good. it was a bummer because it was part of a set i got down at the breakers in newport rhode island gift shop. how i love christmas decorations. i got the 3 sets of cluster lights for my huge trees, real ones, i have been using pics for a few years, & practicing with ribbons. i love the diamond shape method, but i need to know how to place my pics. i learned the 'buy things in threes', so i have all threes of them. how many different types can you use? how do i place them? i usually put them across the tree, by style. in a triangle, is that ok? & i do love the extended beyond the tree look of them. it''s looks smashing. i love the apron idea, i will do that this year. i am 70 years old & was able to get my tree delivered & set up this & last year. i asked them to put my angel up for a few extra bucks. my other problem is getting the ornaments to hang straight down, do i snip the offending branch out of the way? i have a 50 pc biltmore set of ornaments with long ones. they need to look perfect. this is my 2nd year using them. i bought them from balsam hill. i just discovered them last two years. i bought a set of things, skirt, stocking, etc on sale after c'mas 3 years ago, & two rolls of 5" embellished ribbon which i am trying to find ways to use. i have a curved victorian staircase i am dying to decorate, but i don't have the strength & energy to do everything i want to. i'm having my little family here for my last christmas here as i am selling & moving to portugal by next november. i have a very limited budget, so i am going to be low on gifts, as we all will be, so i want my house to look as amazing as i can pull off. the light strings are the most work. i am short with short arms so it's a job. wow, your tree looks beautiful!! thank you for your sharing your creative skills with people like me so we can express our skills & build confidence. thank you & merry christmas!!
Jennifer your tree is beautiful and your tips are so helpful! Too bad there isn’t a place where we could all post pictures of our trees and decorations to show you what we’ve done!
Some helpful tips! 🎄 Gosh. I try SO hard to love decorating the Christmas tree… but a little bit of OCD mixed with ADHD makes it a nightmare of an experience. Haha I can barely get thru fluffing the tree because it’s so repetitive, and i always end up with holes, so i fix it, then another hole pops up 🤬 Is it the end of the world if there’s two red things next to each other? Probably not, but it is in my mind. Hahaha I will become hyper-focused on one decoration because my brain is telling me everything needs to be perfectly symmetrical, but i really want organized chaos. Haha It’s a real struggle 😭
Fluff each section of your tree as you go instead of doing it after it’s completely assembled. Each section will be fuller as you won’t any miss areas.
It is not my taste, but I will try the idea with balls close to the tree. Otherwise, I feel your tree is too full, and you can not see the beauty of each ornaments. I only have glass mouth blown ornaments and they are all unique, so I want to enjoy each of them.

Agree. Only have space for one tree and I want it to be lovely and spectacular but also have lots of one of a kind ornaments.

Jennifer, your tree is gorgeous! Thank you for sharing!❤️🎅🏻💚⛄️🎄❄️
Thank you for the tips.
Of course!
I tell all my friends this tip: wear latex gloves for fluffing your tree! Dry, heated winter air + Christmas tree = scratched and cracked hands😩
The tree I ordered came with gloves and I’ve never looked back. Good tip.
I wear white cotton gloves that I order on Amazon
And I put on a light cotton long sleeve t shirt or my garden/yard shirt
I started wearing gloves a few years ago. Even when unpacking/setting up my tree. It has been a God send!🎄
I sure wish I had read this prior to putting our 7’ tree up recently. Great idea, thank you all for sharing.
Love those lights I am sorry I couldn’t find the link. I also looked in your Amazon storefront.
Same…can’t find the link
Same , can't find the link
Don't apologize - they sold out of the 20' ! Here is the 10' cluster lights - amzn.to/3AwYXD0
Hey there, I am adding a different link because they have sold out of the 20' cluster fairy lights - here you go: amzn.to/3AwYXD0

I decorate a tree (fresh cut) for a local charity, 20th year. Am enjoying your suggestions. Thanks
How kind of you to do that! Good luck! And, thank you for watching.
So beautiful and elegant! I really love the wood garland. Do you have a link to that? Thank you!
I also love the tree but especially the wooden garland and would love to know where to purchase it. Thanks

Do you have a source for the beautiful star ornaments? Beautiful tree.
Thank you for sharing your tips, The video was very helpful and informative. Only question I had was..
Do you decorate the back of the tree if no one's going to see it?
So pretty 😍! Just wondering if you have ever taken an older tree and combined it with a newer tree in order to make the tree look fuller?
Do you have tips on how to decorate a slim or pencil tree. I bought one this year but not sure how to decorate it. Your tree is beautiful. Thanks Jennifer and HAPPY THANSGIVING. ❤
I’ve seen people decorate thin trees with deco mesh ribbon diagonal and then overfill the sections between the ribbon and they look so good
The apron is a great tip!
Thank you!
I love love your decorating! I also love this tree! Do you mind sharing what brand and style it is? Great color, branches, shape and lights!
Of course! That one is a Balsam Hill tree.
Bellissimo!!!
Hi Jennifer. Such charming lovely Christmas tree! 🎄Where do you get the wooden garland beads from? It gave it such a nice touch to the tree.

Well, they ran out of the 20 ft! I was bummed!

Hi there, love the tree. Please can you advise how much ribbon you would use to make the various ribbons for a 6ft tree?
Where did you find your wooden bead garland? I haven’t been able to find a similar one.
Jennifer your tree is beautiful and your tips are so helpful! Too bad there isn’t a place where we could all post pictures of our trees and decorations to show you what we’ve done!
Lots of good tips, thank you! Some women have this gene, but I’m not one of them
Jennifer, your tree is beautiful! I didn’t see the ordering information for the Cluster Fairy lights you mentioned in your video.
Hey there, I am adding a different link because they have sold out of the 20' cluster fairy lights - here you go: amzn.to/3AwYXD0
it’s there now
Any idea where to get good quality ribbon for bows ?
How long does it take for the links to appear? I can’t find any yet and I would like to shop some items
My 7.5’ tree has1500 lights and 7000 branch tips. Should I add more lights?
Jennifer it is okay to use wire hooks? I’ve seen other tutorials on adding ornaments and they say to use floral wire. ❤
Of course! That works great!
Where did you get the beaded garland?
Following
Please do a video where you come to my house and help me with my 12' giant tree😂❤😊😮!!
hahahah. Loved this comment!!!
Due to space constraints, I have 2 slim trees, but can probably still incorporate her ideas on a smaller scale.
Where is the link for the clustered fairy lights?
They have sold out already!
We have similar ornaments.
Some helpful tips! 🎄
Gosh.
I try SO hard to love decorating the Christmas tree… but a little bit of OCD mixed with ADHD makes it a nightmare of an experience. Haha
I can barely get thru fluffing the tree because it’s so repetitive, and i always end up with holes, so i fix it, then another hole pops up 🤬

It’s a real struggle 😭
I understand! I will be done, and a day later see something and fix it, and another day see something else and fix it......
Can you do a tree with green and red ribbon and maybe like some 1 inch gold ribbon so we can see how that would look?
I love the tall tree. I had to size down because the resident grinch said my tall full tree was too heavy to carry up the stairs.
That cracked me up!
Why dont you put the stems in before you do the lights?
I don’t care for the one loop bow. Never seen anyone do that before. Tree looks beautiful though!
👌🏻🎄👍🏻
Not enough lights for me. Plus I like colored lights
There is no link to the lights….
They have sold out of the 20' lights already!! Here is the 10' light - amzn.to/4fgLcYk
A carpenters apron works wonders.
✨✨✨💗💗💗🌹🌹🌹
I use a tree from our land no fluffing needed
💥🐕💥Why is your doggie in that small crate? Especially with no food and water? That small area seems cruel 😢 I'm just an animal lover. 💕
Fluff each section of your tree as you go instead of doing it after it’s completely assembled. Each section will be fuller as you won’t any miss areas.
Le falta color, para que le de alegría, vida, que árbol tan frio y triste
I wish it looked more colorful.
I don't like the cluster lights encircling the tree!
Pretty tree but just a little bit too neutral for my taste
My tree looks sad...
It is not my taste, but I will try the idea with balls close to the tree. Otherwise, I feel your tree is too full, and you can not see the beauty of each ornaments. I only have glass mouth blown ornaments and they are all unique, so I want to enjoy each of them.
I’m sorry but am I the only one who doesn’t like ribbon on a tree?
Maybe! hahaha
I guess I’m just not getting it…..it looks like a mess to me. ?????
Totally agree

This tree is a hot mess. You should name the video: how to decorate a tree as a designer with horrific taste
Those centapeed lights are very pricey. I have some and don’t care for them at all. Don’t like the localized look.
Very unhappy to see NO ANGEL nor CHRISTMAS STAR on top! What are you calling it...a holiday tree?
Boooooring!! It's so bland. It really needs color.
Overdone
