@@t_nels it's intense. I was told that i probably would want to clear my schedule the day after sessions. I was glad I did. I can't speak for others but I know 1 other person in real life( I can't believe i have to say things like this now lol) who had it done and belong to subreddits and some have very real physical responses. I was one of them. I went into this knowing it was probably going to be way more intense then i thought and after it was all said and done and things calmed, it was soul cleansing for me. I have zero regrets doing it, I'm not gonna lie though, you're right back in it. Whatever your "it" is. Physically, emotionally, mentality. Its a trip.
