The fact there are no plans for light rail to downtown Tampa, St. Pete or USF makes no sense. There should also be a link to Brightline. The lack of foresight on non-car transport options once in Tampa is disgraceful. Tampa is one of the only cities in the US with no mass transit options. And now the Rays are going to build an entertainment district in St Pete with no rail link to Tampa. And the new Howard Frankland bridge has no plan for rail. Makes no sense.
TIA needs to add airport lounges. There's no Centurion Lounge, no Dreamfolks, nothing but the United and Delta lounges in their respective terminals. For an airport that thinks itself as one of the best in the country to not have lounge options in the main terminal and/or all the airsides makes it feel like a second rate poverty airport.

It's already one of the best airports in the country. Some say the best, so it looks like we want to continue that trend.

Can’t wait to see this beauty:) I work at TPA so I see them building it bit by bit man I love my job lol
Great for my industry 💯
The airport should be thinking about a rail opportunity for future growth
This looks pretty cool.
Vertical planes?? Come back in ten years. Will never happen.
