I started with High Sierra + 1030 2g OC, I wanted the buy a RTX 3080 but no stock and also not hardware accelerated for Catalina. :( Imagine how many issues are gonna come from those new gpu's. I'd prefer to wait : )

Sorry but you are wrong about the BIOS switch the one to the right is the performance mode the center one is the silent mode and the one to the left is the Strixx mode.

I have a dumb question, according to youtube the video was uploaded 2 yrs. ago, but the title is is it still worth it in 2022? IM confused is this a 2020 video or 2022?
You made the right choice buying this card.. now prices have sky rocketed.. even for last gen parts. And the new graphics card are no where to be found.
Hey, I don't have major driver issues, I only notice some micro-stutter right after updating to optional driver updates on CSGO and Dota. I then have to reset the OC Performance settings and reload my optimal settings. I don't play lots of AAA games, and use more on my hackintosh for daily tasks, so just take this with a grain of salt.
Hi, what type of driver issues are you referring to? BSOD, haven't experienced any; the only issue I would is when the new optional driver rolls out, for some reason I have to reset the GPU settings even though it's just auto-undervolt but it feels like it isn't so smooth on 4k right after a new optional driver is installed/updated, but then after I reset my factory settings, everything is fine.
@@40KGaming I would recommend getting a higher quality PSU, at least gold rated minimum if you are planning on getting mid-higher end GPU cards. The PSU ratings are basically how much power loss from the outlet (at 100% load) there is, 80+ Platinum - 90% efficiency or 10% loss 80+ Gold - 87% efficiency or 13% loss. the PSU is your PC's Heart, you don't want a faulty heart, do you?

No BSOD so far. Sapphire has always been good quality, though, I can’t say for other brands. However, I did experience a game crash right after a new optional update, twice, but if you stick to the recommended updates, you should be fine; as long as your temps are in check ( < 73-75C) for both the core and the VRAM, then you should be fine.
@@edgardotorres7551 higher FPS will determine on your CPU sending the FPS to render for the GPU. Basically, the GPU is what paints the picture while the CPU is what processes on what the GPU needs to paint/output to the screen. depending on how much your 2060 is currently being utilized along with your Ryzen CPU, I think the 2060 is already enough for high FPS.
Hi do you have any issues regarding the LED lighting of this? I have the exact GPU but i have a problem and its about the randome LED flash when playing games on a steady/fix color heres a sample of it . imgur.com/a/g8YzJ46
hmmm.. I haven't to be honest. Have you tried change the Light effect to something like rainbow or runway or something? what's your PSU power? it might also be lower power but I am not sure to be honest

@@GonnaPirate hmmm... that is so weird. try to make sure you're drawing enough power from your wall socket. try plugging it isolated from anything else, and if the issue still persist, I would RMA it.
