Boiler Room became Lame When they couldn’t figure out to properly monetize there streams, they turned to selling tickets and letting ppl pay to do boiler rooms
Boiler Room don't hit anymore cause people realized they can throw their own parties, throw a clip on Tiktok and go viral... just like Redbull Music Academy used to be my shit for in-depth artist interviews now I can just watch a podcast like this lol
Never was a big fan of Boiler room, but I grew up on the Southside of Chicago so I’m probably biased cause we just rock a certain way, and also the syncing is ridiculous not against it but it just is what it is 🤷🏾♂️
Recently had a Boiler Room in El Paso Texas. I bought a ticket not knowing the lineup and when it was released, it wasn’t even local talent. In my opinion this was a trash ass event.
How would you give advice to those who are recording their sets and posting it for others to see their progress even when it’s not good but to them it’s still progress?? I’m 22, only started about a year ago and have been in and off of it. I’ll admit it’s hard to build any confidence when people thrash your set but i try to ask to see how i can improve any way i can through fellow djs and mentors.
The dj community is lost, they just follow what they see other people doing
Any Camera + iRig + Any Social Media Platform = Boiler Room
Yooooo your spot on 😂

i used to rely on boiler room to expose me to new and upcoming dj’s but i feel the quality of their artists has gone down.

That & the fact they stopped showcasing HipHop Dj's

What you talking about ? Boiler Room is one of the shows to give you some worldwide popularity as a rookie dj around the world!
Boiler Room caters to your audience specifically.

Hey.. from a consumer perspective. That Rebecca Black set was kind of a vibe.

There is something already called Paradise by Jamie Jones they have an party at space this weekend
In all fairness Rebecca black had been DJing long before that boiler room!
Boogie Blind also did Boiler Room.
The two guests are salty.
boiler room died like 2017/18
The Boiler Room has been dead for a long time. Is there any prestige playing a set at The Boiler Room? Probably not.
