hi Zertus, thank you for the f2p meta counter demo. Can you please go over the minimum EX levels and ascension tiers for your squad? Im assuming S+ and EX10 for all your maulers?
for the meta mauler comp, imo Atandra is good at S+ and +5 is good on arena but on story/afk stage is really risky as she may disrupt the flow like taunts etc. if story base shes good to stop at L+. Odie is already good at M+ even better at s+ and with +10 or +15 if you have enough materials. Koko at M+ +5 for survivability but L+ is not bad too. Smokey M+ and +5 is also good. Brutus you can stop at L+ as he may consider as bait on story.

Nice team but most of those had just bad positioning. Allowing Reiner to do a swap with the backline is a mistake most top players in my arena don't make.

Any chance we're gonna get some defense comps next? Thats what I've been struggling with the most as I never got any Eironns so my defense has been lacking a bit since I was never able to really focus on building my meta PVP wilders.
I tried to experiment, but it is really hard to make a F2P/Budget friendly defense teams especially in the higher ranks of Arena. Still trying to do some more testing though.

Does Odie need to be S+ for this? I have him at ex 10, but no S+ yet. All the rest I have at ex 10 and/or S+ except for Antandra. Could this maybe work with Eirron as the 'tank' too?

The stall team is very good on ofense, but im pretty sure it would lose on defense a lot id enemy used sylvana and vala to one shot odie

How does your Smokey keep doing stuff after being CC-ed by Eironn. Mine just stops working until forever with the crossed book symbol on top of his head, which is why I entirely stopped using him in arena.
Yea, actually that is an issue which I have been encountering as well, I switched him for Shakir in my new video.

2:12 why did Odie acquire Eironn first instead of Thoren?
That is because every time Eironn casts his ultimate, it resets the targeting of the enemy units which is why Eironn skill can be OP but in this instance it reset Odie's target and focused on him instead.

Best to try and experiment if it works in your specific rank before you commit. Even if you fail, try to watch the replay and decide if it is worth investing or upgrading your units. :)

Try to experiment, I lost ranks before I got the positioning right but yes it can be tough against highly ranked units.
This stalling comp only works against meta teams but gets wrecked by eironn, arden, granny and carolina comps.
yea this comp looses hard against granny and dionel comps. but thats great a balanced game

Im struggling with Thoran Scarlita, im using Eiron Alsa Damian Rowan and Arden, i was talking with friend, i could win if i bring Koko M+ or Niru +10 weapon.

What team setup do you do to counter Vala?
I have had good luck against Vala teams with Odie + Reinier. I swap the Vala next to my Odie and Odie kills her before she gets ult out. If you are scared that she will ult before Odie can kill her, you can make her mark Brutus. But ofc this is not taking into account what other units the opponent have.
U can try to counter her with igor, but I don't like him
This Won't work on Paragon meta teams 😂 with they're energy reduction and recovery stats
Well tbf, theres a limit to how far you can get with a f2p team tbh. But this strategy, positioning is pretty solid because not many people are aware of this including p2w players. You just have to pick the right team to fight ig.

Yeah i realised that OP's server is realy weak. top 5 with non paragon eironn team is damn easy mode server. He got neat idea but on my server whole top 10 have full paragon teams, and that stright aint doing it, his top 5 guy would be like like place 15-30 on my server and 3rd guy just with 1-2 paragon units, realy nice to have such non spender heavy server i guess ;p
F2P my ass. I am an light spender and do not have that many s+ heroes lol
He meant the hero he used were f2ps whom you can just buy in the dream store and arena store lol
