St George was my first 70.3 ever, I went into this not knowing anything about it. Love this course, froze in the swim, suffered on the bike, the climbs on the run were crazy. Loved every minute of it! Can't wait to go back!
Have followed you guys for a long time now. Seeing you grow along your journey has been amazing - and both of your potential is incredible. Easily AG World's contenders in the future. Hope to meet and race with you in Finland next year if you decide to go to 70.3 World's.
Jenna: Pain is complex phenomena which is a sensation output from your brain after sophisticated calculations. So sophisticated that stress, sleep deprivation, ANXIETY et al. can affect it severely. So Taper pain in your case seems to be related to that common race anxiety, you just have history of some overuse issues and ijuries so brain just goes to that familiar place to signal you that "happy thoughts, happy thoughts" :D good racing!
absoluuuuutely. A lot to dissect with my sports psychologist after this one, especially since I've had these taper pains that throw me through a loop before several races this year. Working on that to overcome it in the future!
I have something similar that i convince myself im coming down with a cold/flu a few days before every race. Every time i tell my wife "this time it's real, I can feel it". And she just rolls her eyes... 🤣🤣🤣
Hello Jenna , you should soak the oatmeal in water in the evening for the morning. The bioavailibility is better this way ...and no hot water for oakmeal ! Thanks for sharing this clip ! Best Urs from Switzerland
Cutting your morning banana lengthwise BEFORE slicing?! Best thing I've learned from your vids! Haha. Way to go!
I thought the same thing 😂

Draft fest…. Could see from just the few clips would probably be worst if there was more footage.
