- It was a world championship to remember. St. George, Utah's grueling course did not disappoint, and to top off the already challenging day, we were hit with a mid-race summer monsoon during the age-group races. The day was a true adventure, and so is this race recap video. We both had surprising performances, and are very ready for a few weeks of rest post-race. Next half-Ironman? Date TBD

Ok, I know I'm 2yrs behind the script but the ending of this 2021 season was AMAZING! You couldn't write a better fairytale ending. But this is real life w/ 2 full-time working triathletes!!!! U guys are amazing.
..gotta wonder how many takes that garage opening / stride off shot took, without one or both of you crackin up. Excellent results for you both in a race that will go down in history.

I'm 75 years old, and I being doing Triathlons since 1989, I really enjoy your videos it shows how much alike we are, the noncompetitive athletes like me and Elite athletes like you guys. Congratulations for the beautiful cinematography. Your videos inspire me to keep on Doing It

Jenna - 2 words: Pickle Juice. Half a jar before the bike, the other half before the run. You might have some weird tasting burps, but cramps-be-gone. There's a WICKED amount of sodium in that stuff.
I love pickles, but mid-race pickle juice sounds like an absolute nightmare 💀

Hey Jenna - what salt tablets were you taking to help with your muscle cramps? I suffer fairly badly from cramps and it seemed that what you took helped you during your race.
I took SaltStick electrolyte tablets-they have 215mg sodium per tablet and were 💯. You have to wash the ones I took down with water, but the brand also makes chewables if you're into that.

Sorry Konrad, but 4th and 16th in America as the rest of the world wasn't allowed to attend the race. Not trying to take anything away from their performance, but it wasn't really fair on everyone outside of America.
