Sir, as per rules, "leave not due" can be applied for a maximum of 360 days with supporting medical certificates. My question is, - how many days of "Leave not Due" can be granted in one stretch by the sanctioning authority, to a permanent govt. Servant. Please reply.

Those terms and conditions for taking EoL is for non permanent employee. A permanent employee can take EoL upto 5 continuous years.
What if a person applies for LND when there is EL to his credit and no HPL. Will he be granted LND

Sir, I want to know about CCL. Those , female employee who have already availed 730 CCL or a little bit less than 730. First spell of 365 days CCL is allowed with full pay. And an- other 365 days CCL is permitted with 80 per cent leave salary. Can we deduct the 20 per cent salary of 365 days CCL.Sir , please give me your valueable suggestion in this regard.
Child Care Leave should be granted at 100 per cent of the salary for the first 365 days, and at 80 per cent of the salary for the next 365 days.
EOL ko retirement ke time qualifying service 35 years ho to kya 35 years se minus hoga ya limited qualifying service 33 years se hoga?

सर यदि कोई कर्मचारी 1 साल के दौरान अलग अलग माह के दौरान कभी 10 कभी 20 कभी 15 दिन इस तरह से EOL on Private Affair (बिना मेडिकल), तो क्या उसके जुलाई माह के increament पर कोई असर पड़ेगा इन eol का। Ya use 1 July se increament mil jayega.

जिस समय LND ली थी उस समय का rate of pay, या retirement के समय जो rate of pay हो वह?

Leave not due ka recovery leave se hoti h na ki pay se. Jitna LND bataya hoga utna leave Kat Liya jayega.

Are u sure half salary is given under LND. Because I took LND last year & my DDO deduct double amount of HPL from leave account. I got full salary in LND. Is it right to do?
