Ques 2 Agar koi employee Maternity Leave pr hai aut in between uske transfer orders aa jata hai jisme to be relived with immediate eefect ata hai to uska kya hoga usko old office me duties join karke relieve hona hoga aur naye office me join karna hoga jya ? kya isase uski leave lapse nhn ho jayegi ? Ques 3 Ek govt employee in fractions apni service me kitne period tak EOL le sakta hai ..I know leave of any type in one go can be sanctioned for upto 5 years but jaise EOL hai ye in fractions total kitni le sakte hn in service
Sir agar Monday to Saturday EL apply kiya hai toh both sides ya one side ke Sunday ki EL bhi deduct ki jayegi?

Leave may not be claimed as a matter of right except 'maternity leave' which has been declared as right under section 5 of the ' maternity benefit act 1961' Section 21 of this act provides for penalties for the employer for any contravention of the provisions of this act. Sir, please tell me the leave rules regarding the following scenario:
I am at present on leave till Friday at outstation.
I will reach duty station on Saturday.
Saturday Sunday holiday. So no office.
My temporary duty (official training) is scheduled from Monday to Tuesday at outstation.
Then I intend to join office on Wednesday.
Is it admissible?
My office is saying I must attend office before going to Temporary duty station....
Is there any rule regarding this ?
My plan is going back to duty station on Saturday, then start temporary duty journey from duty station to outstation and return back to duty station and join office next day..
Is there any problem?

Sir ek query hai ki kya EL application form ko advance sanction karwana MUST hai ya hum leave period ke bad bhi EL application submit kar skte h. Qki kai bar officer leave lene nahi dete agar pehle btao to.

Sir, One of our employees was on Leave (EL & HPL) from 11.06.20 to 10.06.21. He joined the office on 11.06.21. The first increment will be given to him on 11.06.21 instead of 01.07.20 but the second increment when should be given instead of 01.07.21 ? Please guide us.

If RH is on Friday and Saturday & Sunday are holiday. A person applied for RH on Friday and Earned Leave on Monday, how Saturday and Sunday will be treated?

I am a teacher. I am called in school on alternate days because of covid. Tuesday, Thursday, Saturday are my working days in school. Rest days are considered as work from home.
If due to some urgent work I can't attend school on Saturday and avail EL and report school on Tuesday, will Sunday and Monday be also counted as EL. Please reply.

While limiting the max. of 300 days, where the balance at credit is 286-300 days, further advance credit of 15 days on 1 st January/1 st July will be kept separately and set off against the EL availed during that half-year ending 30th June/31 December. However, if the leave availed is less than 15 days, the remainder will be credited to the leave account subject to the ceiling of 300 days at the close of that half-year. Please make me understand this line. I am not able to get it.

DDO is not competent authority to sanction leave. Head of Office is competent.

As per Rule 14, Show Cause Notice cannot be issued during leave.

Only Special CL or Compensatory Leave can be combined with CL.

I am central government officer posted in Maharashtra cadre
I was on EL for 5days (i.g. Monday to friday) Saturday and Sunday are off in my department. And upcoming very monday is holiday and with the grace of Almighty God on the day moday( holiday) I blessed with babyboy. Then I applied for Paternity Leave for 15 days from Tuesday. My question is that the days between my EL and Paternity leave (i.g. Saturday Sunday and Monday{holiday} ) merged as leave like sandwich or these three days will not count as leave. ?? Please guide with references if available.

यदि कोई शिक्षक एक वर्ष में कोई वैकेशन नहीं लेता है, और rule 26 के तहत EL प्राप्त करता है (i.e. Earned leave for employees working in Departments other than vacation department), तो क्या उसे HPL के लिए भी other than vacation department employee माना जायेगा और उस वर्ष के लिए 20 HPL प्रदान किए जाएंगे?
