Please cover Taxation aspects also in your next video.
Especially, whether leave encashment amount above Rs. 3 lakhs is taxable in respect of employees of autonomous bodies (set up by an Act of Parliament) at the time of retirement. Pay scales are similar to 7 CPC.
Gratuity upto Rs.20 lakhs and commutation of pension amount are exempt from income tax.
