My dream is to eat haddock 'n' chips; with crispy batter, in a "posh" (Humber?) car; so 4 headlights. Remember St. Nicolas Street chippy.. 4x haddock 'n' chips, almost every Saturday, with change from a 10/- note. This format will never get stale!
I still find it strange in the market pictures that with the building lined up perfectly, the people from each era are completely different sizes! This time the modern ones are the tiny ones and the 1970s ones are enormous. I suppose it must be a perspective thing, but it gives the impression that the buildings have grown in size and stature over the decades 😮
Yes it is a frustration for me that it is very rare to get the perspectives the same in old and new photos. Taking them from just a small distance apart can make a huge difference in the two images :(
