If you put Mihawk, that high then Dragon and Shanks are def higher because whatever you think they scale to they at least relevant to Mihawk, but their forces/crew is definitely clowning on the rest of Cross guild. Worst case Dragon and Sabo > Mihawk - revolutionary + alliance > rest of Cross whoever you think these fodder are other than Croc Shanks and Beck > Mihawk - Red hair + alliance > rest of Cross and whoever you think the other fodder are other than Croc. I could even put 3 against Mihawk, and the rest of any other alliance still beats Cross guild. You're also underestimating BB and the "lore" because by the end and the final war, he will definitely take on any top-tier Mihawks crew is definitely last, and he alone isn't saving anything. Shanks is strong, but hes not at the level of admirals like akainu,aokiji,kizaru. I think shanks can equal the 2 new admiral each. Kaido can match the 3 og admirals akainu,kizaru,aokiji each.
