thank u so much for talking about this - i feel like no one does! everytime i notice my scars im reminded of my past and everything that lead up to me doing that to myself. so then im always scared that if someone else sees them, they will know everything about my history with mental health as well. i know it has no logic and is just in my head, but i feel like scars are just so stigmatized...

I don’t have any visible scars but I have horners syndrome from a self harm incident.
