I agree with you that both versions of Bumblebee wins in a tie. Both are strong in their way, but also vulnerable in certain ways, which's why each have their advantages and disadvantages.
About knights bee i believe that his blaster is actually the plasma canon since it also makes the sound like in bayverse, the shots look simular on inpact and the bullets doesnt scatter like a typical shotgun And about bayversr bee i think the kill with rampage was the only ones he got mostly on his own, only needing sam to distract rampage a bit so he can savely attack but ravage defenitly is his own achievement

Before the scale charts though I did just think Bumblebee changed in height. He was 16 feet on Cybertron, shrunk to 11 feet to accomodate the beetle form, but shot back up to 16 when he took the camero. I also figured that's how it worked for Optimus' "Evasion" form in AOE.

@@b0byls5ad23 Using martial arts to fight a war isn't a war crime. What is is killing an incompasitated enemy, like what Bumblebee does to Dropkick in the BBM movie. Dropkick was tied up in chains and, as such, was no longer a threat. Earlier in the movie Dropkick was violently interrorgating Cliffjumper, which itself is another war crime, before then also killing him despite Cliffjumper being unarmed. Dropkick gets away with it because he's a bad guy, but Bumblebee did the same thing a bad guy did, which obviously isn't good.
While Bayverse Bumblebee is more quick, efficient, and brutal, Rebootverse Bumblebee is also more skilled, determined, and patient. Rebootverse Bumblebee was able to not only handle is own against several Decepticons at once, but he also killed one of the heralds of Unicron.
i wouldn’t really agree with you on that, bay bee has had alot more screen time and fight scenes which scale him higher in all areas, especially the fight between him and optimus where he almost beat optimus had the wave not interrupted
I was a child of the early 2000s, so I got my start in the franchise with the Bay films, and Bumblebee was always my favorite. Over the years, my opinion on best character has wavered depending on the series, but Bumblebee always has a special place in my heart. Something I kinda noticed about the Bay version of Bee, and what I stopped getting used to nowadays, was how Bumblebee became this overpowered badass in the films. I mean, yeah he’s pretty awesome, but Bumblebee in every other series since G1 is supposed to be everybody’s best friend, the buddy you can just head out, have a milkshake and go bowling with. It’s one of the reasons Animated Bee was my favorite, the youngest member of the group who was the weakest but still bravest and cockiest of the group, just a dude who’s super cocky, yet will always take time to sit around and play video games. But Bayverse Bee is basically Michael Bay’s John Wick. Sure it’s awesome that he can pull off some awesome moves, but it really doesn’t feel like the feel-good Bee that the cartoons save us. And honestly, it almost missed the point of Bumblebee’s character, if it weren’t for some of his teenager-like actions in the films. It’s one of the reasons Knight’s Bee was much more endearing to me. Even before the memory loss, he was mostly innocent, not just pleading for mercy from the military, but also him wanting to protect Charlie at the end of the film. He had some cool skills, but he wasn’t a super strong dude, and it seemed like even with the memory loss, he was supposed to be more of the friendly guy, and his and Charlie’s friendship in the film was super wholesome. I hope Rise Of The Beasts continues that persona from the Bumblebee film.
I could see that, but I also feel like bayverse Bee fights that whole setting. It was an all out war to the death with very few left on the autobot side, and with major stakes. I feel like that could have made Bee less of childhood best friend, and more of the immature/funny guy in the unit
When bee's hood drops, its serious business. he goes from childish bumblebee, to Deadly Wasp mode. Funny thing is, a bumblebee irl is vulnerable yet very strong when alone or with backup. It's sting can cause minor to severe damage to predators. At the cost of its own life, it's stinger can be removed after fighting off whatever its after. Some bees require almost an entire colony to overcome predator's. And they whoop ass. So both versions of bumblebee definitely show hard similarities of a real life bumblebee. If, somehow we can get a combination of both, we'd have one major threat to any decepticon. I'd say Michael bay's Bumble was more like a childish 007. He had sick moves, but was more of a showoff and a cocky overachiever. 2018 Bumblebee to me is like king kong. He can dish it out whenever he senses danger, but he's still very young and very empathetic towards humans.
I can imagine g1 and knightverse bee fighting and then chad bayverse bee picks up g1 bee and knightverse bee jumps and tries to kick g1 bee but gets grabbed by bayverse bee and he slams them both together and throws them out lol

Both version has pro's and con's but I love Knight Bee and Bay Bee. They both are kinda still the same character just slightly different. The only drastic difference is their appearance.
Bayverse is too advanced way ahead of its time that most people cant process whats happening in a fight yet his movies are more detailed, the 2018 bumble bee look like a lego version compared to michael bay movies

I'm going to be entirely honest, I understand that the weird features Bay's has makes it tough to tell, but I feel like you backed away from a decision to not offend either "side".
I honestly didn't try to play it safe. It was pretty much cut right down the middle on who could win. I initially thought Bayverse Bee would take it. But after seeing how many flaws he had compared to Knight's version I saw that it could go either way.
I feel like both Bee's are the same minus appearance. I like the radio talking Bee. Idk y but I'm not tired of it. I like how Bee has help. It is an area fans will delete forever with the Autobots period. I didn't know he had his Cybertronian mode and scanned a jeep in BB so easier to follow is debatable same with how it's hard to follow him in Bay's movies. As someone who's legally blind and it's hard to see things as quick as others; I'm amazed I don't have a hard time others do. Hmm...is it how fast scenes go or the idea you have to "turn your brain off" to watch the movies 🤔 My theory with pissed Bee; remember Bertan saying he was an ass during WW2? So he still has that tude but his time with Charlie and the characters in the upcoming film change him. Though he doesn't hate working with humans like some other Autobots. I know it's not confirmed either way if the movie is soft reboot it act like the first 5 movies never happened, but I'll be thinking it's in the same timeline as the first 5 movies until told otherwise.

In the original movies it was explained that heat based weaponry was the only kind of weapons that hurt a transformers, in the Bumblebee movie Bee is nearly brought down by FUCKING HARPOONS. It would take one swift kick from Bayverse bee to rip BBM Bee's head clean off.

Bayverse would absolutely fucking stomp him. Bay Prime is able to take on a bunch of decepticons half his size and has constantly shown his prowess and furosity in hand to hand combat. The only chance BBM Prime would have is ranged, but we literally don't know if he can fucking shoot anything at range because the only kill he got was Skywarp at point blank range.
Honestly I believe it's a reboot because TF5 (godawful movie) contradicts most things in the first and fifth movie like bee in WWII and the bumblebee movie taking place in the 1980's which begs the massive elephant in the room how did bee land on earth, go back to cybertron, them come back to earth? you can say the space race but I highly doubt that. Oh and let's not forget that in the 5th movie there were pictures of Ironhide and all the other TF that were here on earth. I feel like Bayverse Bee deserves a little more credit. He too, is incredibly creative. Like having Mikaela tow him around so he could keep killing while he had no legs for example. Smart af.

the bumblebee movie/rise of the beasts, are not part of the bay verse for example in bumblebee movie optimus told him to go to earth to set up base and to defend the planet in the bay verse he was looking for the all spark also in the bay verse he showed up in world war 2 or was shown in that war. in the bumblebee movie he showed up in the 80s then the rest of the autobots showed up in the 80s, in the bay verse they showed up in the year 2007 and again in the bumblebee movie there was no mention of the all spark so there are not the same universe and one more thing listen to the rise of the beast trailer song( it was all a dream , and if you dont know now you know) in the songs lyrics so there

A lot of work went into this. I honestly thought Bayverse Bee would annihilate him. But after going back and seeing how Knightverse dealt with bots twice his size made me rethink things.

I think it'll be Travis Knight's Bumblebee. Even if I hasn't seen Rise of The Beast I'd still think he would win against Bayformers Bumblebee. Although he would struggle more with DOTM and AOE Bumblebee, since they have more weapons.

As far as designs, I have to say that TLK is my favorite, simply because of how modern and cool it is. I really wish he could have stuck with his '97 'Stealth Bee' look in AOE a little longer, because it really was awesome. ROTF Bee is my third fave. I really loved the custom fog lamps as a kid. Now, I will say that for nostalgia purposes, the Knight design is a very good homage to the classic 80s Bee! Not all that much of a fan of his blaster, though, tbh.
Sadly they won't officially reveal if theyre rebooting it or not. They've created such a divide between fans who only want the Bay designs and those who want the G1 designs. They know they'll risk losing 1 of those audiences if they reveal what continuity the new movies are in.
Knightverse is more accurate to G1. I wasn't alive then I was alive in 99' but I know why I hate what Bay did to Transformers. making Star Scream into a literal Dorrito. Lol. I'm a fan of the cartoon version of Transformers but the most source accurate is Knight's. I'm not a fan of bayverse. the story is all over the place in TF5.. Actually I think Travis bee would win, the reason I think this is is because he seems to be more serious during fights(ignoring bay bee's fight with Optimus) and bay bee seems to be more playful by that I mean during battles he doesn't really focus unless someone life is threatened
Except Bay Bee's lack of focus has never impared his ability to fight. Bay Bee is also far more skilled in firepower, while BBM Bee's canon rarely seems to actually do anything, relying far more on quick wit to make up for the lack of fireblast, wit which would be basically useless due to Bay Bee's speed and martial arts. The only chance BBM Bee really has is with his blade, but the way he fights with it is purely opportunity based and requires his opponent to be distracted, which is the point you're trying to make her, but Bay Bee has still managed to defend against these kinds of attacks.

That’s octomus prime we talking about one of the best fighters in all of transformers n bee literally went toe to toe with him even under water??? I think you know that but don’t want to say it because it would sound so cliché… and that fight scenes with the two of have to be top ten fights in transformers overall across all verse
if shatter and dropkick had met bayverse bee instead of 2018 version this movie would end with the first encounter. They are strong,but compared to foes from bayverse they will be barely a warm up for bumblebee

So i made a comment about knightverse bees cannon and.... yeah i admit defeat on that haha But i have to say i dont believe that he is reluctant to engage fights When he had no memory, yes he only protected charlie and didnt fight back but later at the radio tower he actively started the fight I just think he is more planing then just heading straight into battles An example for that was in RotB where he let himself drop off midair and shooting the friezer pods (yes ttese weird spider like frenzy look alikes are called Friezer) and when he was fighting with nightbird and gets shot by scourge, he took cover behind the terrorcon fembot, using one of her wings to make her explode at a save landing distance or when he was mid transforming, running over a lot of friezer units, mid transformation And even trying to take advantige that scourge was busy with prime to attack with primes axe so he could get the drop on him, thou of corse we know that it failed and even the plot armor noped outa there

What is is killing an incompasitated enemy, like what Bumblebee does to Dropkick in the BBM movie. Dropkick was tied up in chains and, as such, was no longer a threat. Earlier in the movie Dropkick was violently interrorgating Cliffjumper, which itself is another war crime, before then also killing him despite Cliffjumper being unarmed. Dropkick gets away with it because he's a bad guy, but Bumblebee did the same thing a bad guy did, which obviously isn't good.

While Bayverse Bumblebee is more quick, efficient, and brutal, Rebootverse Bumblebee is also more skilled, determined, and patient. Rebootverse Bumblebee was able to not only handle is own against several Decepticons at once, but he also killed one of the heralds of Unicron.
i wouldn’t really agree with you on that, bay bee has had alot more screen time and fight scenes which scale him higher in all areas, especially the fight between him and optimus where he almost beat optimus had the wave not interrupted

I was a child of the early 2000s, so I got my start in the franchise with the Bay films, and Bumblebee was always my favorite. Over the years, my opinion on best character has wavered depending on the series, but Bumblebee always has a special place in my heart.
Something I kinda noticed about the Bay version of Bee, and what I stopped getting used to nowadays, was how Bumblebee became this overpowered badass in the films. I mean, yeah he’s pretty awesome, but Bumblebee in every other series since G1 is supposed to be everybody’s best friend, the buddy you can just head out, have a milkshake and go bowling with. It’s one of the reasons Animated Bee was my favorite, the youngest member of the group who was the weakest but still bravest and cockiest of the group, just a dude who’s super cocky, yet will always take time to sit around and play video games. But Bayverse Bee is basically Michael Bay’s John Wick. Sure it’s awesome that he can pull off some awesome moves, but it really doesn’t feel like the feel-good Bee that the cartoons save us. And honestly, it almost missed the point of Bumblebee’s character, if it weren’t for some of his teenager-like actions in the films.
It’s one of the reasons Knight’s Bee was much more endearing to me. Even before the memory loss, he was mostly innocent, not just pleading for mercy from the military, but also him wanting to protect Charlie at the end of the film. He had some cool skills, but he wasn’t a super strong dude, and it seemed like even with the memory loss, he was supposed to be more of the friendly guy, and his and Charlie’s friendship in the film was super wholesome. I hope Rise Of The Beasts continues that persona from the Bumblebee film.
I could see that, but I also feel like bayverse Bee fights that whole setting. It was an all out war to the death with very few left on the autobot side, and with major stakes. I feel like that could have made Bee less of childhood best friend, and more of the immature/funny guy in the unit

Yeah I love how unique these versions are. Although they're very similar they are very different.
When bee's hood drops, its serious business. he goes from childish bumblebee, to Deadly Wasp mode.
Funny thing is, a bumblebee irl is vulnerable yet very strong when alone or with backup. It's sting can cause minor to severe damage to
predators. At the cost of its own life, it's stinger can be removed after fighting off whatever its after. Some bees require almost an entire colony to overcome predator's.
And they whoop ass.
So both versions of bumblebee definitely show hard similarities of a real life bumblebee. If, somehow we can get a combination of both, we'd have one major threat to any decepticon.
I'd say Michael bay's Bumble was more like a childish 007. He had sick moves, but was more of a showoff and a cocky overachiever.
2018 Bumblebee to me is like king kong. He can dish it out whenever he senses danger, but he's still very young and very empathetic towards humans.
I can imagine g1 and knightverse bee fighting and then chad bayverse bee picks up g1 bee and knightverse bee jumps and tries to kick g1 bee but gets grabbed by bayverse bee and he slams them both together and throws them out lol

Both version has pro's and con's but I love Knight Bee and Bay Bee. They both are kinda still the same character just slightly different. The only drastic difference is their appearance.
Bayverse is too advanced way ahead of its time that most people cant process whats happening in a fight yet his movies are more detailed, the 2018 bumble bee look like a lego version compared to michael bay movies

I'm going to be entirely honest, I understand that the weird features Bay's has makes it tough to tell, but I feel like you backed away from a decision to not offend either "side".
I honestly didn't try to play it safe. It was pretty much cut right down the middle on who could win. I initially thought Bayverse Bee would take it. But after seeing how many flaws he had compared to Knight's version I saw that it could go either way.
I feel like both Bee's are the same minus appearance. I like the radio talking Bee. Idk y but I'm not tired of it. I like how Bee has help. It is an area fans will delete forever with the Autobots period.
I didn't know he had his Cybertronian mode and scanned a jeep in BB so easier to follow is debatable same with how it's hard to follow him in Bay's movies. As someone who's legally blind and it's hard to see things as quick as others; I'm amazed I don't have a hard time others do. Hmm...is it how fast scenes go or the idea you have to "turn your brain off" to watch the movies 🤔
My theory with pissed Bee; remember Bertan saying he was an ass during WW2? So he still has that tude but his time with Charlie and the characters in the upcoming film change him. Though he doesn't hate working with humans like some other Autobots. I know it's not confirmed either way if the movie is soft reboot it act like the first 5 movies never happened, but I'll be thinking it's in the same timeline as the first 5 movies until told otherwise.

@@Dechozy Actually not. The fights in Bumblebee are much slower paced than the bay films. It takes BBM Bee like half an hour to punch someone. BBM Bee is also weirdly fragile. In the original movies it was explained that heat based weaponry was the only kind of weapons that hurt a transformers, in the Bumblebee movie Bee is nearly brought down by FUCKING HARPOONS. It would take one swift kick from Bayverse bee to rip BBM Bee's head clean off.

Bayverse would absolutely fucking stomp him. Bay Prime is able to take on a bunch of decepticons half his size and has constantly shown his prowess and furosity in hand to hand combat. The only chance BBM Prime would have is ranged, but we literally don't know if he can fucking shoot anything at range because the only kill he got was Skywarp at point blank range.

Honestly I believe it's a reboot because TF5 (godawful movie) contradicts most things in the first and fifth movie like bee in WWII and the bumblebee movie taking place in the 1980's which begs the massive elephant in the room how did bee land on earth, go back to cybertron, them come back to earth? you can say the space race but I highly doubt that.
Oh and let's not forget that in the 5th movie there were pictures of Ironhide and all the other TF that were here on earth.

the bumblebee movie/rise of the beasts, are not part of the bay verse for example in bumblebee movie optimus told him to go to earth to set up base and to defend the planet in the bay verse he was looking for the all spark also in the bay verse he showed up in world war 2 or was shown in that war. in the bumblebee movie he showed up in the 80s then the rest of the autobots showed up in the 80s, in the bay verse they showed up in the year 2007 and again in the bumblebee movie there was no mention of the all spark so there are not the same universe and one more thing listen to the rise of the beast trailer song( it was all a dream , and if you dont know now you know) in the songs lyrics so there

I think it'll be Travis Knight's Bumblebee. Even if I hasn't seen Rise of The Beast I'd still think he would win against Bayformers Bumblebee. Although he would struggle more with DOTM and AOE Bumblebee, since they have more weapons.

As far as designs, I have to say that TLK is my favorite, simply because of how modern and cool it is. I really wish he could have stuck with his '97 'Stealth Bee' look in AOE a little longer, because it really was awesome. ROTF Bee is my third fave. I really loved the custom fog lamps as a kid.
Now, I will say that for nostalgia purposes, the Knight design is a very good homage to the classic 80s Bee! Not all that much of a fan of his blaster, though, tbh.
Sadly they won't officially reveal if theyre rebooting it or not. They've created such a divide between fans who only want the Bay designs and those who want the G1 designs. They know they'll risk losing 1 of those audiences if they reveal what continuity the new movies are in.

Actually I think Travis bee would win, the reason I think this is is because he seems to be more serious during fights(ignoring bay bee's fight with Optimus) and bay bee seems to be more playful by that I mean during battles he doesn't really focus unless someone life is threatened
Except Bay Bee's lack of focus has never impared his ability to fight. Bay Bee is also far more skilled in firepower, while BBM Bee's canon rarely seems to actually do anything, relying far more on quick wit to make up for the lack of fireblast, wit which would be basically useless due to Bay Bee's speed and martial arts. The only chance BBM Bee really has is with his blade, but the way he fights with it is purely opportunity based and requires his opponent to be distracted, which is the point you're trying to make her, but Bay Bee has still managed to defend against these kinds of attacks.

An example for that was in RotB where he let himself drop off midair and shooting the friezer pods (yes ttese weird spider like frenzy look alikes are called Friezer) and when he was fighting with nightbird and gets shot by scourge, he took cover behind the terrorcon fembot, using one of her wings to make her explode at a save landing distance or when he was mid transforming, running over a lot of friezer units, mid transformation
And even trying to take advantige that scourge was busy with prime to attack with primes axe so he could get the drop on him, thou of corse we know that it failed and even the plot armor noped outa there
