The fact that Hüsavik came from a movie that had zero nominations, doesn’t mean it wasn’t the greatest song nominated. You have touched the world Molly. Awards are for people that need them. This song is too good for an Oscar, and you don’t need an award to know this. Great job!

Hi Molly. My wife had to really convince me to watch the movie….I mean really really …it was not something I was interested in…but I have to say that I’m glad she persisted…the movie was wonderful…and your singing was truly stunning…award winning….I had only ever hear one song with Icelandic lyrics …yours and Hoppipolla…. One day…may be I hope I can afford to travel all the way from Australia to Iceland and see that magical place and it’s people… thank you for your song, voice, message and hometown. :-)

In the movie Eurovision...at the end of the song , the actress didn't move the microphone away from the mouth while singing the loudest note, which appeared immediately as fake, many people realised it was not her singing. Not important, just saying. Nobody told her.

Island är fantastiskt. Har vänner där och kört hoj på Island. Inte varit i just Husavik dock men i många liknande mindre byar. Fantastisk låt och fantastisk sångerska. Började skratta när Molly började skratta när barnen sjöng Will´s sångfras..... Skojigt. :)
