Molly I can't begin to explain what this song means to me but I shall try. At a time in our lives when everything is so turbulent and unknown your stunningly beautiful voice has given me peace and strength. I'm a freelance musician based in London so I haven't performed in over a year now and I'm sure you can imagine how difficult that feels. Your angelic voice has comforted me so much, I had it on repeat for so long. I'm wishing you all the very best for the Oscars, you deserve all the success and so much more. i just want to say that. as a almost middle age man. who has spent most of his life above average interested in music. i want to thank you for the job you did. and continuing to do with this song. actually your voice in general is amazing. but when you hit the " spjørg note" my body gives me an an emotion i cant explain. i get an immediate urge to cry. followed by an incredible sense of happiness. whitch my mind feels to complex to understand and because of it i feel time slows down. and it takes me about 1hour to fully recover emotionally. i have never heard anything so beautiful in my life. THANK YOU!!! and good luck tomorrow!!

To be honest. Ive just watched the movie and when the song was played I did not manage to controle my emotions and I bursted into tears. A full body warmth went from my shoulders to my feet. Even tho my 2 year old daughter is asleep I just want to tell her that I love her so dearly while I let myself tear up while listening to this song and tell my wife once more that my heart is bound to her.

It is just that simple, just like the Husavik song should have won the Oscar. We all know it. Christina Marie, of THE VOICE UK/BRITAIN another great hidden super talent like you,imo. Look her up on UA-cam. You are Ms Sanden, an amazing talent. I never heard of you before, but your magical rendition of "the Husavik Song", at the end of a quirky movie comedy, was a transformative experience for me, a knockout surprise, and no doubt to millions of others. to be honest, I just watched fire saga because of Demi Lovato, I am a fan and it's her first movie after so many years BUT HOLLDDDDUPPPPP I was blown away with the singing voice of Rachel McAdams and right after the movie I found out that it was Molly ❤ and that was the day I started to listen to all of her songs til today. my US friends who had mocked the movie (never seen any real Eurovision contest) have had an epiphany with this theme. It's your HOME song!
