No Oven Milk Bread

- Hello darling bakers! Let's make a super soft and fluffy Milk Bread without needing an oven.
Here's what you'll need:
1/2 cup milk (125ml)
1 tsp instant yeast (3g)
2 tbsp sugar (20g)
1 egg
2 tbsp powdered milk (15g)
2 cups bread flour (250g)
1/2 tsp salt (3g)
2 tbsp unsalted butter (24g)
1. In a mixing bowl, combine together milk, yeast, sugar, egg and powdered milk.
2. Add flour and salt. Mix until dough is formed.
3. Add butter and mix until fully absorbed.
4. Knead or slap and fold until smooth, about 5 to 7 minutes.
5. Coat with oil and cover for 1 hour or until doubled in size.
6. Punch air out then divide into 7 equal pieces.
7. Smooth into ball and bench rest for 10-15 minutes.
8. Smooth into ball and place in a 22cm pan. let it rest for 15 minutes.
9. Cover and cook over low heat for 10 minutes then flip to cook top part for 5 to 7 minutes.
10. Serve and enjoy!

Thanks for your content. Just a comment: your recipes work even when I got measurements wrong so they are basically non flop, but I noticed you would add the grams after the measurements ie: '2 cups flour or 250g' . But 1 cup is 250g. So how do I follow along? Should I use the grams instead of the description of cups or tbs and so forth?

Hi can I use all purpose flour instead?
Because all purpose flour doesnt have as much gluten, the bread wont be as airy as it would with bread flour. And it wont rise as much.
Can i make the dough and store in the fridge to make it the next morning?
What kind of milk you use?
Is there a substitute for milk powder?
My dough is always too sticky and the pan I'm using may not be right. Any suggestions?
And u could probably make it at the campfire..
