where do you even get starting weapon for survival hunter? Kinda weird that you don't start off choosing a spec and then starting with respective starting gear for the spec.
Did they get rid of two pets because I’m new to hunter and I don’t know how to summon two pets at the same time I’m level 20 and I can’t find any new updated version explaining
Not played for years, when I did play you had to feed your pet, regular to keep it happy, beast lore was a much used tool, every weapon is a hunter weapon. Do hunters still need to feed pets, you seem to miss the special pets BM can tame, like demons, mechanical, has this been changed ?
@@jdsim9173 Hunter could tame demons, you use a special potion, it gave a limited time to tame one, I still have it and the pet I tamed, it was not removed, but not sure it's still possible.
@@jdsim9173 Well that's just weird, I've played on and off since EU beta, and I never heard of anything like a potion that allowed hunters to tame demon classed mobs. Are you thinking of the Fel-bound wolf @Taz6688 ? That needs a potion to tame, and Fel is usually a demon thing in WoW....But it is still a wolf, not a demon.
I may not be the guy that made this video, but I do play a hunter. I would recommend Skinning w/ Harvesting specialization (when you get it) as a gathering profession, and leatherworking or tailoring, for production profession.
I've been running mining/engineering on my hunter since I started in WotlK. You do miss out on the ability to craft your own armour (minus the headslot) but the gadgets are very fun to use with the class, you can craft your own weapons and it also gives you the ability to tame mechs and get certain customisations. It's very fun!
@@JakesJourneysYT I'm coming back after quitting since Cataclysm, and that was my favorite thing, being able to trick out with gadgets. I remember having a defribulator, which was wicked useful (sometimes!) during hard group content! Glad they kept that going
For me i play as a worgen as BM hunter because all players play NE and human and not so much play worgan and i like the race alot and i have some boost with skinning and i like the extra movement speed buff with worgan now i have the tiger movement speed buff and the worgan movement speed buff because i run a lot with BM hunter. Worgan is not the best but i like the movement speed alot and it is my playstyle.
@@CharlesTersteeg this is true but when you fight against a DOT player and you use shadowmeld and camouflage than you get out of camouflage because you have some DOTS on you in my opinion not worth if you dont play with somebody who remove constantly your DOTS if they do yes, than it is very strong to use!
I may cause controversy over this, but I'd recommend Dranei race for Hunter due to the "Gift of the Naruu" racial spell. Hunter of other races get one healing spell, Dranei get two.
Hunters don't wear leather anymore, they start with mail now

Hey, does anyone know if trainer's clothes or horses' gear boosts wagon speed? Newbie trying to get into horse training :)
Just need wow to come to series x my life would be complete. Friends stopped on pc couple years ago.

Hunters could never tame demons, they can tame undead, mechanical, beast, and maybe a few others

On cooldown means to use it whenever you can. In other words, when the ability gets out of cd, you immediatly use it if u can.

I agree that Night Elf is very strong as a hunter
