- If you want your character to have anger management problems, then the Barbarian in D&D 5e might be for you.
But what kind of Barbarian?
A more sophisticated warrior that taps into the spirit of animals for power or a surly Dwarven nutcase that's a walking armory.
Which is the best subclass for the Barbarian in D&D 5e?
And which is not.

I'm not going to lie, the Barbarian is probably one of my least favorite classes in D&D. I find it a bit boring. Probably why I like the Totem Warrior so much, it has other things to do than just smash things.
Totem of the bear seems like a good choice for the lady barbarian, give the current social trend
B.A.D. Axe Idiot - Barbarian. Artificer. Druid.
15 Battlerager Barbarian
3 Armorer Artificer
2 Moon Druid
= Spiked (Bone) Exoskeleton Armored Beasts
+5 Speed from Infiltration
+10 Speed from Fast Movement
+10 Speed from Mobile
+5 Speed from Squat Nimbleness
=30 Speed
Or if you were able to play as a Wood Elf, the minimum speed would become 35 on Wildshape and normal form, for a total of 60 ft in any form (no Squat Nimbleness.) Then, while raging, BA:Dash. Tavern Brawler could utilize all that Speed with a BA: Grapple. You could make an Attack with your Armor with Lightning or Spikes.
Medium armor master can remove the Disadvantage to Stealth and Infiltrator Armor provides an Advantage. Skill Expert and you could easily become a Stealth Master with Wood Elves' Mask of the Wild.
I think you just made the Tazmanian Devil.
@@RingXross It's a cute build. Originally, it was ten less levels in Battlerager and ten more in Druid for Armored Elementals.
