I love death cab. I still feel the older stuff is better. Grew up listening to modest mouse built to spill death cab and bright eyes before anybody knew them. Miss those days and those smaller shows.
Man, those are some bitching mutton chops. Upon listening to the album recording I thought the parts "'Cause behind it's doors" ..."and all I find" ... "before the gleam"... were sung by Chris Walla because it sounds so uniquely different when you listen to it closely. So I had to see a live version of it. Question answered.
Also, that guy who plays Dwight is in a movie called Super. And it reminded me of Gibbard's songs. For example, compare that movie to "Such Great Heights".
